5 stars. This poor lady working in a tiny used-to-be cell phone store inside of a dead mall... she's trying her best (or this is a money laundering scheme). The decorations were taped up because I'm sure that the mall has such a terrible leasing policy, that she might risk losing her 500 dollar security deposit by stapling the wall upon which her ivy hangs. The mango boba tea tasted like how tide detergent smells. The chocolate milk tea had a weird warm spot in it. (Maybe I should have stirred it more before drinking it.)    Read moreFirst Boba experience wasn't pleasant. Drink was good but the customer service was terrible. Woman was rude and not friendly AT ALL! She continued running the sink while we attempted to place our order. She obviously couldn't hear us. After we finally got our drinks there was no garbage can to place our trash. 4.50 seemed a bit pricey for a small drink mostly filled with ice. I am glad I got to try it but won't ever go back there. 2 stars because what Boba n tea I did...
