That kid ‘Zack’ who works there is so super rude! Has terrible customer service skills! I’m shocked he is even an employee at my most favorite store! And unfortunately I’m now living in a tiny town and this is the only Ross that is in my area! If I was still living in Phoenix, and if he worked at a store there, I’d avoid it like the pledge. But see, HR in Phoenix would NEVER hire a kid like him. No customer service skills what so ever…yet working in full, daily customer service all day long. Unfortunate for this store cuz since I’ve moved here, I’ve been buying here first wen trying to furnish my house and i legit spend at the very least, 500$ a week there and last week almost double that and he has been nasty each and every time I’ve shopped here since moving to Coos Bay for no reason at all! I will try my very hardest to stop all my business at this location and just go shop at Fred Meyers, Walmart or a Ross in Eugene. I do not suppprt any retailers who desperately hire punk kids who r disrespectful just to have employees or whatever. Sad cuz I’ve loved this store ever since I was a kid…but Ross here needs to b more responsible while doing their hires in the future. So Sad!🤷🏼♀️ **BUT I do want to add, every other employee there has been professional. It’s always just him. I can complain all day long and yet he is the same each time. So yeah i wanted to stress the fact that Zack is the only bad seed at this location that i personally have dealt...
Read moreI usually have great luck with Ross, but today was really disappointing. I went in to purchase some items and came across two makeup bags that I loved. When I looked at the price they were two different prices, but both on clearance. When I took the bags up to the register and asked about the price difference and if I could get the lower price the lady told me no. When I asked why and informed her they were the EXACT same bag, she rudely said because they have a different SKU#. Uhhh, ok??? I asked to speak to a manager she got huffy and seemed very annoyed that I was pressing the issue. The manager came over and said, "well did you tell her why we can't?" And proceeded to tell me that it wasn't their problem and it had to do with when the product came in the store and there was nothing they could do about it. Manager was not very friendly and she also seemed annoyed and bothered with my question. I ended up not purchasing anything and will not be a customer anymore. Yes, it was over a few dollars but it was the principle and the way it was handled. Sorry Ross but you will not get my money any more. Also a word of advice... get some managers with a personality fit for dealing...
Read moreThe employees treat you like a thief. Constantly are harassing you by following you literally to every single isle. I understand that there are people that steal and they have a job to make sure that doesnt happen. But there becomes a point where it is taken way too far. To follow people around and treat them like they are thief's just because they are stereotyping and judging me by the way i look. Not only did they follow me religiously. But they were following and harassing my boyfriend as well. And then even made a remark to him that i left when he was looking for me. I left only buying two items when i was going to drop over 100$ but instead i only paid maybe 20$ because i cannot stand the way these employees treat and judge their customers. If corporate is reading this... train your employees to have a little more respect for customers. When your customers are trying to look at clothes and merchandise and constantly being eye screwed by your employeees to the point i cant even walk even across the store without them following EVERY STEP....
