GameStop — Local services in North Bend

It's funny that when this store opened at first they were a wonderful company but now the store has developed into the biggest ignorant employees. They don't honor the costumers and they treat you like you're the biggest moron on the planet. Here's a good example the sale this week is buy two get 1 free on all preowned games, awesome right? Well when you go into the store with your eyes set on one then you get up to the cashier and he spends fifteen minutes looking for this game. Well come to find out they didn't have it in stock which is fine but the guy said to me instead of getting one free just buy these two it's the same price anyway. Like no that's not how it works but keep treating like I'm a dumbass. Good for you gamestop lost...

I can’t possibly see or understand why this GameStop would have anything less than a 5 ⭐️ review. This community should feel fortunate that we have an establishment that is able to take your trade ins on the spot for such fair values. I don’t even need to mention how much of a bargain the benefit of a Pro membership is. In particular, this location is ran by some of the best. The manager, Eric and his crew are some of the most knowledgeable and accommodating teams I’ve seen and I’ve been to countless locations. I even made my first ever PSA submission through them for some graded cards and the process was flawless. There’s a reason customer service reigns supreme, and “legacy” businesses like this succeed. 5 star review from me (Mom 👩‍👦) because: Employee/Manager is a great guy (chubby-cheeked sales hustler, yeah that guy) who helps us patiently every time we come in with trade-ins and game questions that as a parent are important like appropriateness of content in a game. Not all parents can sit there and say,"Yay! I'm so glad my kid plays so many video games!" But honestly I can say this person's love of playing video games helps me as a parent make better informed decisions for my child trying to pick out the next great game. Thanks dudes of Coos...
