I went into thrifty sister in the mall and I found a jacket I really like but she had it marked at 65$ it’s missing a button and needs to be dry cleaned because there’s crusty white stuff stuck to the wool! I ask if they’ll go down on the price because of this and because I google image searched it and it was much less online! She said she could go down 48$ I said I’ll think about it. She said we also do trades so I said bet! Came back the next day to trade clothes in and long story short she says it should be done by this evening. I come back because I don’t get a call or text and her daughter who works there is so rude to me, I say okay i must’ve misunderstood thank you. I wait til Wednesday to hear from them and nothing so I call! She says she hasn’t got to it yet and I say okay just making sure thank you. I then get a text message from the owner saying I’m rude and dishonest and she won’t be taking my trade or selling me the coat! I ask her how and can she elaborate on this, she says I lied about the price her employee quoted me and to get my stuff and not come back to her business. I tell her that I wouldn’t lie about that and she says she has cameras that can hear and she heard me be rude, so I ask her if she can hear on camera she could hear her employee quote me the price? She says yes she heard and she’ll honor that price if I still want to buy it. So which is it did I lie about the quoted price or not? Anyways I’ll never support this business again which is sad because I love supporting...

My wife went into Thrifty Sisters to turn in clothes so we could get store credit and maybe get a couple things with that credit for our 6 month old daughter. Mind you we washed and, dried the clothes before they where sent off. No stains, no holes, no odors period. My wife was told by Mindy (The Owner) that if she left the clothes there since there where so many that the next day she would get a call telling her how much in store credit we would have. The next day my wife gets the call from Mindy at Thrifty Sisters claiming the clothes weren't up to her standards and that she had thrown certain articles of clothing away because they apparently smelled and had holes which was an absolute lie in itself. She said my wife could either donate the rest of them (which made no damn since if the clothes where apparently that bad) she could come pick up what's left of the clothes, or she would dispose of them for us. This is pure theft. By doing this Mindy has shown me how she does business and that's being a snake. How could you orchestrate yourself and your business like that by taking from others?
