Tech Made Easy — Local services in North Bend

I am positively so pleased with this store and a particular sales associate. I’ll try and make a very long story short. I just moved here from Las Vegas and my phone froze the other night. So since this has happened before and I just took it into T-mobile and they fixed it I just figured I’ll just do the same thing, the only problem is that there are no T-mobiles in Coos Bay the closest one is an hour and a half away. So I went into Cricket to see if they could help, and they could not. However she suggested this store so I went there. When I walked into the store Brianna greeted me with the nicest hello and smile . I explained my situation and she took my phone and was back in one minute with my phone fixed . I’ve never had such speedy service before and with someone so nice . So thanks to Brianna for giving such excellent customer service . Had a severe battery swell in my Samsung S22 Ultra and SIM could not be read. I was traveling through the area so I took it into Tech Made Easy. They had the needed battery in stock and did a great job of replacing the old one, figuring out the SIM read error and making the case fit back together perfectly. All this was done in a very timely manner (less than an hour with another repair ahead of mine) and the total charge was only the price of the battery.

In addition to the service, the staff was really great in all regards. Very happy I ended up near here when the problem occurred.
