Dr. Caridad Iparraguirre is an excellent doctorāshe is always prepared, takes the time to explain everything, walks me through my concerns, and answers all my questions, which many doctors donāt do. If I were rating just her, it would be 5 stars across the board.
However, the office administration is extremely rude and completely incompetent. It is nearly impossible to reach them by phone, and when they finally call backāsometimes days laterāit only adds to the frustration. They also fail to refill medications in a timely manner, which is unacceptable for a medical office.
Additionally, if you donāt speak Spanish, you are treated differently. At one location, I waited over 45 minutes to be seen, which I understand can happen. However, on another occasion, I was scheduled to review my bloodwork and arrived just 10 minutes late due to traffic. There was a long line, and when I finally reached the front, I was told I had exceeded the 15-minute grace period and would not be seen.
I explained that I had been waiting in line the entire time, but they refused to believe me. I insisted they check the security cameras, and after reviewing the footage, they confirmed that I had arrived within the grace period. Despite their mistake, no one apologized. Meanwhile, I have personally witnessed Spanish-speaking patients arriving late and being allowed through without any issue.
Multiple times, my bloodwork had to be repeated due to errors on their part. When I questioned a medication refill issue, I was met with rude responses, stating that I needed to complete my bloodwork first, as if it were a privilege rather than a necessary medical process.
The lack of accountability in this office is astounding. Instead of addressing their own mistakes, they simply sent me a termination notice, which I highly suspect the doctor was not even aware of.
If you take the time to look through online reviews, this is a common complaint among patients. This is not a restaurant reservation or a takeout orderāwe are talking about peopleās health. As a business owner myself, I would actively monitor my staff and intervene in such situations. But in this office, either management is unaware, or they simply donāt care.

You can die before you get a doctor which are only 2 doctors in the 3 facilities they have (WNY, Hoboken & NB). My situation was where I had a surgery scheduled and needed my medical clearance signed. According to office manager, Kayla, Dr. Dominguez/Caridad are not signing it because I was 5 minutes late and my bloodwork came back abnormal. They gave me the next appointment to see the doctor 2.5 weeks later with not knowing what was wrong with me. How do you tell a patient their results came back abnormal and you have to wait half a month later to find out what's wrong with your health. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL putting people's health at risk. SHAME SHAME ON THE DOCTORS AND ESPECIALLY Kayla and her staff with the exception of Sofia in the WNY office. I was treated as a tawdry indivdual, not even animals should be treated this way with their UNCOUTH behavior. I will be taking this to the MEDICAL BOARD. If i was just rating her it would be 5 stars but the customer service/administration of this office is a mess. It is absolutely ridiculous you can never get in touch with someone because they have it set to voicemail. This voicemail system is a joke because you leave one then they call you back when you are working and u canāt answer and the circle of hell repeats. I can not recommend this place anymore. I had an important exams I need to get but it kept getting denied by insurance because they refused to help me and send approval or correct information to insurance. Btw I called my insurance 20+ times and spoke to many supervisors and they all said the issues for approval was my doctorās office fault as they never responded or called them. I had to play messenger between doctor office and insurance because they refuse to do their job. They even wanted me to ask a specialist for referral because didnāt want to call insurance and work with them for approval. When I went to specialist they said could not do it because thatās not their area. So I donāt recommend coming to this office.
