Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The manager is the most rude unapologetic person in the restaurant business. We have been customers here for years. We supported this place during quarantine lockdown. Recently they have treated us and other customers so awful. They make mistakes with orders, then won’t fix them and will accuse you of lying about their mistakes. We were doing over $100 orders every week for us and a neighbor in our apartment complex. Never again! Shame on you Asian fusion! We used to refer you to as many people as we could to help your business. We will do everything in our power to never help you again!!!! The Manager is ungrateful and a horrible person good luck during this second wave. We hope you change your ways. We know many close friends and other restaurant owners where we live in West New York!!!! So shameful..
Responding to manage/owner’s response. You write this kind response but it’s a sham and a lie! We tried to address the issue with the manager who also says she is the owner. She was unwilling to rectify anything or even apologize. We never received anything complimentary, it was an item WE PAID FOR! We haven’t ordered anything from you since this incident so obviously your making up things. Again you’re trying to justify your mistakes which happened many times before but we chose to not address them in the past, except this one time. So for that reason we are out! We don’t use profanity when we address issues with anyone so don’t be so presumptuous and accuse us! We do see how you could get customers that upset by your rudeness that they would want to swear at you! How you think you can talk to customers the way you do is a terrible business practice. Obviously we aren’t the only ones, just looking at others reviews!. Good luck. Lots of other great places to go. We are sorry you’re learning the hard way. Read moreI'm sharing this review because I am so disgusted with how this establishment runs their business. I recently moved to the area and came across this restaurant. My first experience ordering from here, although minor, was an issue. I ordered online and spent a generous amount of money but all was good I was craving sushi! lol- but then I receive a phone call from the restaurant and the gentleman stated I had to pay for the miso soup if I wanted it, yet it stated that was an included item with my order. He put me on hold to ask the manager and he literally said "NO". LOL I still find this ridiculous and poor business management. If there is an error on your menu that is not my fault and what is it to them for a small container of broth soup?! I was actually shocked that the managers response was that because of the amount I had spent. Luckily theyre food was OK when arrived so I ordered again. I got the same rolls and the "specialty roll" was literally 90 percent rice, hardly ANY fish inside, not at all like my first order. I was disappointed because its not that cheap but I looked past it. SO, I decide to order just tonight ( similar order) because most places I have found dont make certain sushi rolls I prefer. I added in the instructions under thre "Specialty Roll" -" Please not too much rice. last time I ordered there was a lot and little fish. thank you" In just minuted after completing my order my whole order was canceled. Read moreTwo years ago I gave this place 5 stars. I loved it! Went there every other month and ordered from them on seamless regularly. They were awesome until I went there one night and to start the manager made us wait 20 minutes for a drink (she was working the bar and even the employees told us since she's their boss there's nothing they can do to speed it up and they apologized). We got some food before our drinks and decided to cancel the drink order because it was just taking way too long. Then my sushi finally came out and there was a short black hair on my plate. Once I noticed, I let them know but the manager started off by trying to blame it on me. I have mid-length BLUE hair and my boyfriend had no hair... so try again! She couldn't argue with that and said she would investigate. I honestly believe it was the manager's hair that fell into the plate because she was the only person with the type of hair in my plate. Then she tried to guilt trip me that my complaint would get someone fired and that she checks every dish. If that's the case she should be wearing a hair net or hat too (she wasn't) and the chefs didn't have hair that matched the one on my plate. To make matters worse she asked me to give her the hair and then "accidentally" dropped it before she could see it 😒. It was insulting that she thought we would believe that she didn't do that on purpose. I've worked in the food industry before and I've never seen anyone make a scene like this manager did. I haven't been back there since this incident and won't go back until I hear that there's new management. That experience was horrible.
