The last time we here was before covid. Never had an issue. Today we had 11 people in our group today.
First of all the no drinks or food here is ridiculous when a bottle of water cost $3. So that being said we spent close to $100 to keep everyone hydrated. When it got time to eat, the line ordering for the cashiers would stop the line for 20-30min because the kitchen was backed up. But if you had a debit card you could go to the Kiosk and order. Several people complained about this yet nothing happened. Food was mediocre at best for $15 a plate. The kids meal cheeses burger, fries and drink was same as ours for half the price so order the kids meal.
Besides the rudeness of all the un supervised kids everywhere and young life guards blowing their whistle with no authoritative intent. I must say place has gone down hill fast. Saw someone puke in the water bucket thing. It was closed for about 30 minutes. Then they let people back in. Same thing happened moments later in the wave pool. Same result, 30 minutes later. So nasty.
My son and girlfriend were attacked by a group of teenagers who were much older then them. Even with the blowing of whistles getting into between the group to protect my kid not one step in. We then spoke with the deputies and management. Apparently they were causing trouble all day and yet got a slap on the wrist.
So after spend about $600 and our kids and their friends were terrified with no comfort we left early.
Thanks
P.s. get a first aid station. When I asked the staff and life guards...

Iâm deeply disappointed and disturbed by what happened during our recent visit. My family and I were simply looking for a shaded spot to sit when we were confronted by an aggressive individual who claimed ownership of an entire area of chairs. When I calmly pointed out an open seat, he flew into a rage verbally attacking me, threatening physical violence, and even making disgusting, slanderous accusations in front of my four children.
It turned out this person was part of a summer camp group, and he claimed authority with the help of someone identifying as a âsafety officerâ who was not affiliated with the park. This only made things more confusing and intimidating. Whatâs worse is that this individual continued harassing others who came near the area and even threw a chair, creating a hostile environment for everyone.
I reported this immediately to park staff, expecting action to be taken to protect guests. To my shock, nothing was done. The individual remained in the park, and there was no follow up. This made us feel completely unsafe for the remainder of our visit, and itâs unacceptable that a guest could be threatened and harassed while the park stands by.
This wasnât just uncomfortable it was dangerous. If the park canât ensure the safety of its guests, especially families with young children, then it has no business operating at full capacity. I expected a fun day, but we left shaken, angry, and extremely...
Read moreI brought my 2 daughters 5 & 7 for a day at the water park and was not disappointed. We came around 945am and there were already several cars parked and people waiting to get in and grab a chair. I definitely recommend coming early and grabbing your spot! We did every slide before 11am and the lines were minimal. By 1130am the lines for the bigger slides were pretty long, so be prepared to be patient. Also, if you are not used to walking steps / carrying things a long distance come prepared for hefting the large inner tunes up several flights of stairs to use the big slides. I had to do this solo since my girls are so small and I'm fortunate I am physically able, but this could be a challenge for some not used to that level of physical activity. The price of admission for smaller kids is based on height so our group paid roughly $70 to get in for the day and we spent about $50 on food and treats throughout the day. You can bring your own food, but it has to be left in the car and you can get your hand stamped for readmission after having your lunch/snack in the parking lot if you want to save on the food cost. There is also a store with hats, goggles, sunscreen, novelties, etc. If you forget something! There is also an inclement weather policy and they will give you admission on another day if they close due to weather once you pay, they explain this as you enter. Overall great experience, we will be back and the birthday party...
