Two different times I’ve made an order with the app and the app tells you to enter your phone number on the register get there and they’ve already cashed it out so you can’t get your points. Employees are rude and incompetent. They have terrible customer service takes the forever to get an order done even when there isn’t a soul in there. The staff is a bunch of teenagers too busy flirting with each other and being friends than to be bothered to be polite. I was told by an employee that a General manager would call me to fix the issue with the points. And he said he can’t do anything because it was cashed out but he didn’t even bother to login in to the register. This is the worst firehouse subs shop in South Carolina. They have always been terrible no matter who is working or when you come. I’ve already Contacted corporate for the issue since this location has never had competent employees. And then when i arrived to pickup my order they were all so very polite and did not make me havev to wait long at all. They told me it would be ready in about 15 mins from wheni put the order in and to my delight, when i arrived they greeted me as if they knew me forever ago. Then i didn't have to wait long at all as soon as i paid they handed me my cups and before i could turn to grab my drinks they handed me my food. I literally only been in there for maybe 5 to 10 mins that was all. Thank you firehouse for making me and my hubbies date night in on this rainy night a very special one. Read moreThere is a sign there telling you to check your order for a reason. Because it will likely be wrong. Weds 7/19 at about 8pm. Doesn’t seem like where was any management there. I just got out of the hospital and we wanted to grab some quick food and get home. We ordered 2 sandwiches, both with no veggies. Clerk repeated the order back to us, correct. The kids making the orders were very chatty and slow. Just taking their time and talking. When our order was finally called, the girl read it back to us, also correct. So we just took the bag and left. I was in the HOSPITAL, I didn’t think to check my order since she read it back RIGHT! Of course we got home and both sandwiches had veggies cooked into them and condiments we didn’t ask for. Huge waste of money. I ended up picking off all the veggies to try and salvage our meal.
