McCain Plaza — Attraction in North Little Rock

This is a nice open mall area. The good news is that the construction, which was blocking driving lanes, parking, and walking, is finally over! There is a mix of different stores in the open store fronts of this long, L-shaped mall. Burlington anchors the mall at the eastern end of the L. Dave's Sporting Goods is the newest, anchoring store in the middle of the strip mall. Just west of Dave's, is Petsmart, which gets lots of our money, TJ Maxx, and a wig & hair supply shop. There are several empty smaller store fronts currently (02-04-2019), so there appears to be some turnover going on here. Some stores operate as stand-alone buildings, such as Michael's, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Ross's, Pep Boys, and other stores. As far as places to eat here, the choices are few. In the long strip mall, down from Petsmart, is Las Palmas. A great place if you are craving 5☆ Mexican eats, served up by 5☆ staff! At the eastern end of the Mall, close to Burlington, is a new catfish spot! The reviews on 'Eat My Catfish' are high, so I am looking forward to going there myself soon to try out their fare.... I will post when I do!! Google maps photos of this Mall are a tad out of date with today's looks! So don't go by any photos that are NOT taken by Reviewers, like me and others, who have actually driven to these places! Things are different from the photo, like the theater is gone now. Dave's moved in to the movie theater space after it was refurbished into a retail space. So new stores, like Dave's Sporting Goods, will be coming soon, to draw more live bodies, to walk in and shop. So, stop by, put in your 30 minutes of physical activity by walking aisles at any number of these stores. If you have a dog or cat, that deserves an outing, bring your fur baby along and let them help you shop for goodies at PetSmart! When you need a place to eat with your true love--- Valentine's Day is a-coming--- remember Las Palmas and Eat My Catfish!...

Burlington tjmax and other shops are in this mini mall are great to Browse and buy in especially TjMaxx they have excellent jewelry selection and purses to choose from if your looking for a gift for someone there is a great I’ll kinds of gifts for you to pick from but if you’re shopping for yourself T.J. Home Kong Inn... Amazingly tasty, fresh veggies, cooked perfectly. The egg roll was handmade very flavorful! The best I have ever had. I was looking for a Chinese buffet style.
