I’ve been coming to Ayama for over three years and was blessed to also get my yoga teacher training certification in the past few months here. The studios environment itself is relaxing and automatically transport you into a different state of mind as you walk in. The teachers are all great, but I would like to highlight a few. Mano, the owner, is probably one of the most experienced yoga teachers in Florida and I would even bet to say in the country. His knowledge and studies are rooted back to India where he specialized in several different topics. In class he takes his time getting to know you and though there are several students in class, he remembers your individual specific needs to help you improve. He truly embodies what yoga practice is all about and I’m so lucky to have had him as my teacher.

Maddie, Julio and Selena are all very special also. They each have their own unique style and class they teach but you’ll love any of them! I haven’t taken other teachers classes but you I’m sure you can’t go wrong with them either. Ayama is...

As soon as you walk into Ayama, you’re immediately enveloped in a sense of sacred possibility. The warm, earthy colors and serene ambiance make you feel like you’ve come home. It is a peaceful oasis tucked away in the heart of bustling North Miami.

The studio is thoughtfully designed to offer everything you need for a truly expansive and calming yoga experience. Each class feels unique, yet consistently grounding. No matter the day, Ayama is ready to meet you where you are.

Some highlights worth mentioning: free parking (a huge plus!), $5 mat rentals if you forget yours, a boutique stocked with yoga essentials, and a great selection of cold-pressed juices to enjoy after class. Most importantly, the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and down-to-earth! All truly committed to supporting your growth and healing through the practice.

Whether you’re dropping in for a class or diving into their yoga teacher training programs, Ayama is a gem that offers so much more than just a place to practice yoga....

Ayama Yoga is the best Yoga Studio in North Miami. The variety of yoga classes offered here is simply unparalleled. Whether you’re into Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Kundalini, Meditation, Sound Bath, or even aerial yoga, they have it all. Each instructor is highly knowledgeable and brings their unique style and expertise to the classes, making every session engaging and enriching.

The studio itself is a serene and welcoming space, perfect for finding your zen. The community here is warm and supportive, and I’ve felt a sense of belonging from day one. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels comfortable and gets the most out of their practice.

The schedule is flexible with a wide range of class times. I’ve noticed significant improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being since I started attending classes here.

If you’re looking for a comprehensive yoga studio that offers diverse classes and a fantastic community, look no further. This place is a gem! Five stars...

In search of an authentic yoga studio in south florida? Look no further. Not only do you get your typical vinyasa classes, but the studio is constantly introducing masters of other yoga disciplines such as kundalini, restorative, aerial, ashtanga, etc. They also occasionally hold really unique workshops such as inversions, hip and heart openers, handstands, and even astrology. At the helm of it all is Mariano (Mano), teaching custom and purposeful sequencing, with always a watchful eye and precise cues that make you think “oh wow, yea, that’s better!” Take his Level One class first, consistently, and feel your mind and body transform. I also took my teacher training here - one of the best memories in my life - made great friends and learned a LOT of the reasoning behind every breath and movement. If you’re even thinking about it, do it.

As a Miami local who’s been living here for over 20 years, I’ve tried just about every yoga studio in town and this one truly stands out as the best. From the moment you walk in, the energy feels grounded, welcoming, and elevated at the same time. I took Mariano’s Vinyasa class and was blown away by his depth of knowledge, fluid sequencing, and the way he creates such a mindful, inspiring atmosphere. He’s not just a teacher , you can feel that he lives and breathes yoga. I also had the pleasure of taking Ganapati’s aerial class, and his energy is absolutely infectious! He brings such joy and playfulness to the practice while keeping it safe and accessible for everyone. If you’re looking for a studio that offers not only great classes but a true sense of community and passion for the practice this is it!!
