Las Delicias Colombianas — Restaurant in North Miami Beach

We’ve been loyal customers of Las Delicias for years and have never had an issue—until recently. The service during our last visit was beyond horrible. Our waitress took our order, only to bring completely different dishes. When we pointed this out, she claimed that the food we had actually ordered would take a long time to prepare. Despite this, we agreed to wait. After a while , we decided to cancel the order, but things only got worse.

Instead of apologizing, the owner came to our table and rudely informed us that the food was already being prepared, completely disregarding our request to cancel. There was no effort to fix the situation or acknowledge the poor service.

To make matters worse, when the check arrived, they automatically included an 18% tip without asking, which felt like adding insult to injury considering how bad the experience was.

It’s truly disappointing because we’ve always enjoyed this place in the past, but after this incident, we will not be returning. Avoid Las Delicias if you expect good service and respect...

This is the worst restaurant in North Miami Beach. Don’t waste your money here!! Stay away they are racist!!!Today was my first visit to this place . When I enters to the restaurant I was not greatest instead the employee in the counter looked at me like I was an ovni and told me in a hostile manner’what do you want , I was like , I just want to order , if you Want to order tell us. The other employee a woman told me we close at 8 , the time was past 8 pm, I asked her why he is treating me like that so rude and hostile , I am a black Latino woman , The employee told me actually we close at 10 pm , seriously?
