Yesterday 1-10-21. I took my wife and 2 kids. I was really excited about it until we got there. When we arrived there were alot of empty tables, so we were like great we won't have to wait that long. There's were 3 employees at front which gave us a ticket, looked back and said it will take about 40min. Wife said ok. And then she like why they stared at you. We paid no mind. 2min later a family of 4 comes in gets a ticket and gets a table a min later. We was like maybe its a mistake we waited and about 5min later another family of 4 came in something they got a ticket 🎟 and a table within 1min. This when we noticed that I was the only black person. So we asked the employees whats going on 2 family that came after us already got a table and we have to wait 40min the employees noticed that we realized what was going. And we was given a table. We saw our table host 2 times the whole time we was there. Also noticed that 2 other black family came and we all 3 family was sit in the back and the table host would to all the table except where we were. Again we only saw our host twice when we set down and for the bill, which we waited and waited for him to pickup the bill. We got tired of waiting and got up and went to the front to pay, than he is like thank you thank you. I've never have given an bad review but this my first I really hope they can manage a little better. Because the food was the kids liked it but they didn't realize what was going on.

Great place. Everything is delicious, I've been here more than once. I always recommend your place to my friends 🥳 But! Today there was a situation that I think deserves 1 star. There were 5 adults and 3 children of us, I told the bald gentleman at the entrance about it, he wrote everything down and just sat us down at the table in silence. We had a wonderful dinner, I asked for the bill and the bill indicated 15% tips without my consent, I went to the administrator and asked her why, she couldn't answer me. Then she called the waiter who showed me a sign in the restaurant that says that 15% is included in the bill after 6 people. Ok, no problem, let it be so. But why didn't the man at the entrance tell me about this initially?? Why doesn't the administrator know the rules of the restaurant?? Why didn't the waiter notify me about this? Maybe of course it's not her job, but if it is her job, she should have. Why are you forcing me to pay tips? And if I want to leave more tips, then I can't do it, or I want to leave tips cash???? I will continue to go to this place, but if this happens again, I will write a bad review again, do something about this, this should not happen in a restaurant of this level.

When I first walked in, a waiter seated me then he asked "What would you like to drink?". He brought the drink and utensils and walked off. Because this was my first time here I was unaware of whether they had a menu and offered a buffet or not (certain buffets have the option of ordering from a menu or eating at the buffet). The waiter didn't tell me anything. After waiting for a while, I realized that they don't have a menu option and they only offered the buffet. Nonetheless, it would've been better if he told ahead of time. My meals were okay, the dining area was big. They did offer a variety of foods such as soups, sushi, seafood, ribs, fried foods, desert, fruits, raw foods, and even ice cream. Although the waiter was friendly, he barely came to my table to check on me, but he constantly checked on others. He didn't come to the table unless I asked him for something. However they were quite money hungry as they reminded me about the bill and snatched the card out of my hand when it was time to pay. Based on the poor customer service I received, I don't plan on coming back here.
