The Squeeze Juice Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in North Miami

The Squeeze Juice Bar has incredible food, however, I arrived at 8:56 on the dot, I begged and pleaded for them to make me two flu shots as my mom and I are sick and I just got off work. I wasn’t even going to order an açaí bowl because I knew it was late. I even offered a $20 tip so that I wouldn’t be taking advantage of anyone’s time. The woman working today’s shift 12/30 who was there until 9:00 pm not only said no but the way she said it made me feel like I was not worth the time or effort as a customer who comes here daily. I don’t understand why they couldn’t make me two flu shots when I arrived at 8:56, and called as I pulled in. I’m really, truly not trying to be a Karen but why wouldn’t anyone want to make a $20 tip, while the location is still open, and just for two shots. I’m literally so disappointed. I’ll include the call time so you can see they refused to make the drinks. I rushed from work just to get their amazing products and was denied service. I’m disappointed at the way she spoke to me after I pleaded with her. I don’t want to come back here. If the food wasn’t so amazing I wouldn’t. After this experience I won’t be coming back for a while just to give myself a break from what happened tonight. If I were the owner and my shop was still open and a customer offered a $20 tip I would ask my employees to make the drinks. Companies lose money when they deny service. They weren’t closed yet.

Ok, first the young was welcoming she did help with the food ordering. But I think she have dementia at a young age. I choose the lunch special then asked which chicken is good she said the jerk chicken. Then she showed me a customer food which looked like a Flatbread pizza I said, "Looks good I want that . Then asked what kind of bread us it she said Pita I said ok I also told her I will like a aloha bowl and put the blueberries on the side. Then she asked would you like honey I said put it on the side . Now I get my food the sandwich is not what I order then The acai bowl looked a mess she probably was upset cause I told her to change her gloves because she was going back and fourth touching door handles and cutting fruit.. And only the honey I wanted on the side she drizzled on top of my bowl and I asked her why she said ohhh. So at this point I don't wasn't the bowl didn't look appealing she just threw it together.I requested my money back she said she can't cause the manager is not there. Which has nothing to do with me then walked away like I wasn't speaking. I guess they needed a new hire cause she is only it to a certain point not a problem solver. My first and last time and was excited to try this place for the first time. And even while I was waiting someone left cause she didn't...

I don’t normally do reviews and should do more for the food and not just the bad. However I have gone here a bunch of times and loved it . A friend from my job said she also loved it but stopped because there was a bug in her friends food. I should have took that as a sign and never order from there again but again I really loved it and was craving this good salad I like from there. Also I didn’t see it or know the other person myself and thought maybe wasn’t really it or mistake and I guess didn’t want to believe it. So I Also always loved the chicken tacos and other dishes from there . I was starving at work close by and did door dash for a smoothie and this mixed salad. I put my dressing on my salad and had a few bites and I see something on a piece of the chicken that looked off and it was a dead fly . I’ve never been so disgusted and upset . I called restaurant and all they said well I don’t know what I can do and will have someone call you back and still never received a call back so I will follow up again tomorrow. I also complained on door dash. This isn’t about the money or refund it’s more about the disgusting fact that I order food and a bug is in my food as if it made with it.
