Ivania’s Nails North Miami Beach — Attraction in North Miami Beach

I recently started coming to Ivania Nails in North Miami. I have to say this is one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time when it comes to my nails and choosing a salon. I could never find a nail tech that would Allow me to do over lay without adding an extra tip I was always told I had to add a acrylic tips nail extension to my nails in order to accomplish overlay I didn’t get that BS at Ivania Nails. Mirvis does my nails and she knew exactly what I was looking for and she delivered ok! My nails are flawless and classy she achieves the look I want and she always surpasses my expectations that is my girl she knows how to shape really well. Everyone in the salon is very nice and very helpful they are all willing to help it’s a great environment especially since going to nail salon’s have been something that has been an uncomfortable experience for the past few years but I am so comfortable and I love the environment at Ivania‘s nails. Ivania is also very sweet and she greets every guest she is down to earth and I will continue to support her flourishing business. The most important part about the review is that the price is so worth it my nails lasted 3 weeks!!!! It could’ve lasted longer but I wanted a new color. This is a record for me I’ve NEVER had my nails last this long. WONDERFUL...

I've given this shop so many chances and they disappoint me every single time. The ladies are nice but the prices do not reflect the quality. For short, Almond shaped nails in one solid color, acrylic REFILL, they charged me $75. The pedicure was $50 and this was the result. I didn't even realize how bad they were until I was in my car. I would've said something, but I was already there for 3.5 hours and couldn't stay any longer. The lady who did them was really nice and the massage was good but the quality was terrible in my opinion. Other salons have massage chairs and hot towels for the same price. Even when this shop has a 15% off promotion, it's still more expensive than other salons. I only came back to this shop because my nail tech from another salon was on maternity leave. I will never give this shop...

I posted my review last week, and they deleted it. Therefore, im writing another one.

I went in for a gel pedicure. The customer service was good. However, the nail tech serviced me did not do a good job at all. There was still dead skin on my feet. The first time she scrubbed my feet, she did not use a cleansing gel. Its not until I told her to rescrub my feet, she went in with a cleansing gel and still she did not remove the dead skin properly. I'm not sure if this was her first time, but she needs more training.

Based off the way she did my pedicure, I did not want the polish because I was afraid it would look horrible and I was running late to my other appointment. I told them I did not want the gel polish anymore, how much will the regular pedicure be? They still charged me $50 with a 3% charging fee just for a horrible scrub. Their excuse was because the nail tech worked so hard, therefore the price remains the same. Which made no sense to me, because the nail tech barely did anything.

If you are looking to get a real gel pedicure done, please save your time and money and go somewhere else. ————

Je suis allé pour une pédicure au gel. Le service client était bon. Cependant, le technicien des ongles qui m'a servi n'a pas du tout fait du bon travail. Il y avait encore de la peau morte sur mes pieds. La première fois qu'elle m'a frotté les pieds, elle n'a pas utilisé de gel nettoyant. Ce n'est que lorsque je lui ai dit de me récurer les pieds, elle est entrée avec un gel nettoyant et elle n'a toujours pas enlevé correctement la peau morte. Je ne sais pas si c'était sa première fois, mais elle a besoin de plus de formation.

D'après la façon dont elle a fait ma pédicure, je ne voulais pas de vernis parce que j'avais peur que ce soit horrible et que j'étais en retard à mon autre rendez-vous. Je leur ai dit que je ne voulais plus de vernis gel, combien coûtera la pédicure régulière ? Ils m'ont quand même facturé 50 $ avec des frais de facturation de 3% juste pour un gommage horrible. Leur excuse était parce que la technologie des ongles travaillait si dur, donc le prix reste le même. Ce qui n'avait aucun sens pour moi, car la technicienne des ongles n'a presque rien fait.
