DO NOT ORDER from this location, good luck! By far the worst pizza ordering experience of my life!!! This Pizza Hut cannot not complete a pizza order!!
Called this Pizza Hut near my house on 4.5.24 @ 11:30pm. Just wanted a pan pizza after work. The team member that answered name was Michael and he informed me that this location doesn’t deliver to my address 1.2 miles away from the store. So I called 5 more pizza huts within a 3 mile radius around my house. Most of those store managers informed me that this 163rd street Pizza Hut should deliver to my address and that they do not. So after approx. an hour trying to order a pizza I was directed back to this Pizza Hut around 12:15am. So I called back and spoke with Michael again. Explaining my situation. Not only was he rude and aggressive over the phone but he informed me the location normally starts to close down and the manager goes home around midnight, despite being listed as open for delivery until 1am. Michael then proceeded to tell me he has no one to deliver a pizza anyways and that the store was short staffed last night. Michael then took my number and I told him to have the manager contact me next day. Today 4.6.24 at 8:30pm, I’m calling back due to the fact that the manager didn’t call me today. Upon calling back I spoke with Michael again, again rude, and very unhelpful. He told me he was going to try to help me out and put me on hold for 30 minutes. After waiting the 30 minutes I called the store back. They have picked up the call and immediately hung up on me twice now avoiding my calls. I’m trying to order a pizza for after work tonight when I get out at 11pm and I’ve never experienced such terrible pizza order experience in my life and I order pizza twice a week because I love pizza.
This Pizza Hut not only needs a new shift manager to replace Michael but probably a new store manager too because after two days of calling roughly an hour each day I still haven’t been able to order food.

Read more1930 NE 163rd St, NMB, FL - Just as with our prior orders, today's was on point and we enjoyed the excellent Customer Service of the employees inside. I didn't get the two (2) workers names, a young woman (working the register/front area) and older gentleman (making the food), but they were at work Tuesday around 3:14 PM when the order was placed. When it was my turn to be served, before I even got to the register, the young woman made eye contact with me, smiled, and said my name, as if asking a question. I smiled back, replying: "Yes. It's me!" Now I would usually oreder two or three extra marinara sauces before leaving the store, and after saying: "I'd like to order two marinara sauces," the young woman gave them to me for free. I said, with raised eyebrows and a smile, "Okay. Thank you!" I was glad I was able to leave a tip this time, because the customer service deserved it. The older gentleman showed me that 'chivalry truly isn't dead'! I didn't recognize an order that was given me, so I stopped by the door to make sure I had the right order. The older gentleman walked over to me and said: "That door is tricky sometimes. You have to open it with your back, and then go out." I told him what I was doing, and he said: "Oh. It's all there darling. Everything is correct for the order." The Excellent Customer Service from both of these workers demonstrated, to me, their Professional Characters and Ethics, ready to please and leave their customers happy and satisfied!! I preordered a delivery for 6pm at 2pm and I called at 5:20pm to confirm my order was received, the lady that answered the phone said it was in the oven already... 6:15pm comes and there is still no pizza... I called the store and they told me it was out for delivery... pizza arrives... not what I ordered!!! Sent the pizza back and called the store... I didn’t even get an apology from the manager Abraham... it is now 7:30pm and I had to drive to the store to pick up my order!!!! He wanted to charge me only half of the price I told him that was ridiculous due to the amount of hassle I’ve gone thru... not one moment he apologized... he started yelling at me infront of my kids... I told him here take the money and just give me my pizza... he threw the money back across the counter and said if that’s ur attitude pay full price!!! I asked him for the headquarters number and the number he gave me wasn’t dialing out... he came from around the counter to push a binder with phone numbers in my face yelling at me!!
