I have read so many reviews prior to making my own that I tend to agree with the people with negative comments the day that I went there I finally got around to getting to the window to pay for my order and the young lady who was doing cashiering was running inside back and forth back and forth doing nothing but just running back and forth like a chicken with the head cut off when she finally came to the window I asked her is that my bag right behind you she was taking an order on her headset and the bag that I'm talking about was already sitting there for a little while I said the only reason why I'm asking you is because it's been sitting there or while, she then gave me this nasty look and said to me," you have a nice day" and I then looked at her and said you have a nice day too. Then I looked in the bag and there were no napkins in there and I turned to her and said excuse me can I have napkins please she turned away from me and walked all the way over to the station where they pick up the food from ignored what I was saying to her and I yelled through the window can I please have some napkins she ignored me for at least 2 to 3 min. she had to come to the window because I wasn't moving the next car behind me had pulled up and she wasn't going to be able to serve them their order if I didn't move so she finally came towards the window and I said can I please have some napkins and she grabbed a handful and passed them to me and didn't even say anything I said I know you heard me the first time I asked you but thank you anyway. She just walked oh wait. The service here sucks depends on who is here they have some quality people here, but they have more bad people there than is worth even taking a trip to go there they need to close this freaking place down or fire every damn last one of them nasty mothers in there and I'm not talking about the good people they know who they are. Read moreI checked maps before arriving and it said this location was open. When I got to the front door at 6:20 AM the door said the dining room opens at 6 AM. I downloaded the app to order since the front door was locked. First app order! I wanted to order a fish croissant after seeing the fish sandwich being made at a different location for breakfast last week. I ended up ordering a different croissant sandwich, as that wasn't a modification I could make in the app. The app said my order was available for drive through pick up at 6:39 AM. I would have selected dining room in my order if the option was present. The Burger King app said this location opens at 7 AM. I was let in at 6:55 AM and given the order. I don't think it was remade fresh. I was given a regular sized iceberg coffee in place of the large that I ordered. The person who worked here that handed me my order said the regular sized coffee is a large.

I like Burger King very much, however I wasn't pleased with my service today. My fries were not fresh, my son's chicken nuggets weren't fresh either and I also didn't receive a straw. Now I know someone is like "Really, a straw?". Yes, really a straw. I ordered a meal with a drink that requires me to drink out of a straw and I deserve my straw. I hope they watch these reviews and really take into account how much we as a customer want well prepared and fresh food to our taste and quality customer service.
