Zippo's Car Stereo — Attraction in North Plainfield

I just recently bought a new car, and have been doing extensive research on which navigation system i want to have installed in my car, and i am looking to upgrade my audio system with something a little bit better sounding. After all my research, i still had a lot of unanswered questions, so I went to zippos in hopes of speaking to a professional, that may be able to answer some of my questions, and I spoke to a gentleman named Joe. He came off a little bit arrogant, and was not able to answer one of my questions. Every question i asked, he had to look up on the computer, and then avoided answering me by trying to tell me how good the system he wants to sell me sounds.I didn't go there so someone could look things up on the computer, i could do that myself. Moving forward, I asked him for a price on the navigation radio, and audio system that i had done my research on, and had my mind set on, and instead of giving me a price, He made me go out to his car and listen to his system, and check out his radio, which wasn't even a navigation! i wasn't all that impressed and just wanted a price on what i wanted, instead he kept telling me to trust him, i didn't want the radio i researched, and that the radio he has does apple car play. I didn't care for that option, because i dont want everybody in my car knowing all of my business. i walked out of there almost feeling pressured a little bit, and left without even getting a price on the system i wanted, instead i have a price on the system he has in his car. They had the radio i wanted in stock, but why stock any other radios if all they are going to sell is the radio they probably get a commission on? I cant speak about any other aspect of the store, they came highly recommended, and i heard they do good work, i just had a bad experience with this person...

I will highly not recommend his services Bec six months ago I install lock device for six months and guy misplace my remote start part when I went back for removal for that lock device he just simply says he don’t even know we cannot put back the remote start I mean they simply blame on me. And on top they want to charge 100$ wow it’s common sense if you are not knowledgeable person regarding cars how could i take out the part from your car. Just money making scheme. I was so disappointed with the service if you go for any services please take in writings on paper. But in my case I don’t have anything in paper I loose my remote start from my car now. And it is really not recommended...
