My experience here was awful! First off, I wasn’t given a time frame for my bedroom set to be delivered. All I was told was that deliveries start at 9am and end at 7pm and that someone will call me 30-45 min prior to coming. So you pretty much gotta block out your entire day. I called the day before and the day of to confirm my delivery and each time I was told that my furniture would be delivered on the day that it was scheduled for, still no time frame. That day comes and the whole day goes by and still no call or word from the company about my furniture being delivered. After having to rearrange my entire day and waiting for a phone call that never happened. I had to have my husband reach out to them the next morning and they finally came out and delivered everything but no one ever reached out to me to give an apology. I needed my furniture delivered by a certain day for a reason and was guaranteed it would be delivered on that day and it wasn’t. Horrible customer service and even horrible communication. Do not recommend unless you want to waste your time waiting and wondering all day if you will receive what you paid...
