Gritr Outdoors | Outdoor Sports Store — Attraction in North Richland Hills

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!! Do not ever buy clothing from this store online. Their customer service is worse than horrible. They have no phone support. They provide a phone number but all you ever get. Is it a recording telling you to leave your phone number but no one will ever get back to you. You have to communicate by email, which can sometimes take days if you buy some thing it doesn’t fit which is no fault of your own when buying clothes online they will make you send it back at your own expense. I bought a pair of shoes on sale for $57. I package them up. And when I got to the post office I found out that it’s costing me almost $13 to send them back so, basically, I just spent $13 to NOT have a pair of shoes… to be left with nothing. I wish I had never encountered this company. It’s wasted days of my time, trying to get answers, which resulted in a very unsatisfying result. There are so many other reputable vendors on the Internet where are you can get the exact same products and be given customer service that makes you feel like they appreciate that you chose to spend your money there. I looked all over the place for these shoes, and I could’ve bought them elsewhere for a tiny bit more places like Zulily and Amazon. Even after 2 yrs, my old review still reflects my thoughts on this gun shop, change of location and name but they still treat you right, have fair if not beat online prices and do their best to make you a repeat customer. Example is what they offered David sounds more than fair for something a quick Google search or visit to the manufacturers website would have easily fixed. Not trying to belittle his concern Things missing from a newly purchased item can make ya scratch your head but my example is with a rifle I had been eyeing via PSA's website, the IWI Zion. Gritr FKA Wbeyshop beat the PSA price so made my decision super simple even when they took the time to show me comparison rifles they also gave the details on what made each different. Even when I was torn on which to get and other customers waiting they didn't rush me and push the higher priced comparison rifle. So thanks again Gritr team for keeping me happy and staying fairly priced in a market that many are taking advantage of due to the slew of new gun owners

Definitely a must stop shop for gear. Any questions you have they'll find the answer for you. Greeted very nicely and formal as I walked in. This store is very clean. Got a lot products that caught my eye. To have everything physically there was reassuring when compared to online. The pricing is very fair as well. Those that shop online will understand also. Range consultants were helpful and provided us step by step process to access online classes for future training. Goto the back and the displays are awesome and great lighting. So all the details are right there in your face. The sales consultants are very knowledgeable and will help fill in information for you even if you're just a beginner. I wasn't looking for anything but I did end up with a personal and large carry bag. Thanks to Josh he really helped me out with everything that caught my eye. Grabbed the item I wanted and went to get one for me in the back stock. Once I was certain about my purchase, he helped take my items to the front for checking out. Gave me more time to browse for more items. Josh and the sales representative (forgot his name) that assisted us with optics. Those guys made the process very easy and very streamlined.
