It is so disheartening the way that the store associated and management handled this situation. If I could give this a place 0 I would because of how I was treated I was RACIALLY profiled Andrew the manger is a racist the girl DESI the associate is to. I was asking her a question when my daughter came back to the location where i was in the store, she gave me my two debt cards ans a recite from a return that she made. So as i was talking to her and she seen that my daughter handed me thoes thing i ask her what location was this store since she didn't have the blinds that i needed. She walked to the front of the store to ask a coworker if my daughter made a return which was weriod because i was having a conversation with her and she walked away so we walked to the front of the store and was trying to figure out what was the problem. The problem was she thought we were stealing. I don't know the area very well i am learning and now me and my daughter are banned from going to this home depot when we were racial profiled. If i was a white woman Desi would have not called the police on me and my daughter. When we came to the store to buy blinds for our new custom built home i just purchased out here in texas. My daughter and i are not from here and this whole situation was so weird to me Desi got hostal with my daughter and started yelling at her making her fell uncomfortable and FLIPPED me OFF AND SHE WORKS THERE what kind of employee does that what kind of establishment are you running? Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. This store is limited on staff. Every time I go I have a hard time finding someone. Now lets get to the appliances department...I know its not this stores fault but the customer service for the appliance department needs to be better trained. Not only was I not informed of when my delivery would be there, but it was installed incorrectly. When I called to see if someone could come back by to install correctly (since I bought a GAS RANGE STOVE) for my safety, I was transferred three times. Got to the "call center" who told me they were too busy taking other callers and could not call the deliver people for me, I would have to call for myself. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that "this wasn't their problem, there is not a manager to transfer you too" and HUNG UP the phone in my face. Called back and was told the fastest someone could come was Tuesday. Literally four days after delivery, meaning I would be out of the return period and which also would mean I would be in a house with a stove leaking GAS for four days!!! Or without a stove to be able to cook for my two year old child, husband and my self on for FOUR days. This is so unacceptable. I am so disappointed in this company over all. How they handled such a simple thing is infuriating. Never thought it would be so hard to get the service I PAID FOR to be performed. Read moreI’m not the type of person to ever leave reviews (unless I’m asked by the person) never less do I ever leave bad reviews. Today my family and I came in for a washer which we previously went to a different Home Depot but unfortunately they didn’t have it. We were told that they had some in stock in this store and it’s the only one they carry in store so I called just to make sure and they said they had a few so we went. When we arrived there was no one in that area and we waited to get help and went out of our way to find employees around the store. Not to mention that I spoke to like 5 employees and non were able to help and just left. Finally I told an employee if she could please assist me and she did but she was very dismissive and said that they didn’t have that washer and that they normally only carry a washer if it’s on clearance and I corrected her very nicely and said oh but it is on clearance and I called like 5 minutes ago and I was told that you guys have a few left and she said okay but we don’t have any and we still decided to get it delivered and it wouldn’t arrive until 2 weeks from now and finally the women that worked in that department came and said that they had some in stock. I know it’s a small issue but I was very disappointed it would have literally have taken her like 5 seconds to scan the sku and see if they had some in stock. I wasn’t asking for much.
