Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Northville

I typically don't write a business review, but I can only say incredibly positive things about this Northville location & South Lyon! I've lived in Northville 25 years. I personally have gotten to know the owner/manager of the Northville location briefly upon pick-ups, who is very friendly. Often, I see her riding her bike/walking her kids around town; warms my heart to see an owner who takes so much pride in her business plus being a part of the Northville community! This Northville location has a family feel.

Currently, I'm a Door Dasher, who relies heavily on Restaurant's delivery and speed - I've left impressed with the professionalism, communication, and friendliness from this locations staff, easily over 50+ times.

I drive every day, I am so impressed how one gentleman (I would say around 20-years-old at the Northville location) never sits down on the job, he is a good worker. This young man is on his feet EVERY single second. Sometimes, I notice him working the lunch rush alone, more importantly I see him HUSTLING & grinding on Sunday evenings. I say with respect and a genuine plea this young man DESERVES a raise and appreciation. Simple. (Just remember, someone is always watching... even when you don't think! ;) ).

2 Deliveries Wong in a row: Normally I've had a decent experience when ordering from this Papa John's. Two things I've enjoyed most is how fast they deliver and the professionalism of the delivery driver's. However, last night the team was going a bit too fast for their own good. I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza which arrived with the wrong sauce and was missing two toppings. When I called to complain, I received no formal apology, but they offered to bring a new pizza. When the new pizza arrived it had the correct sauce, but only one topping and the pizza wasn't even sliced. In the end, quality control was the issue. Neither pizza tasted good and I was very disappointed. I will be taking my orders elsewhere...

I got 4 large pizzas for my sons birthday party, and even put the order in hours before so it would be prepared on time. I didn’t receive the pizzas until 2 hours after the party started and ended up having to get Little Caesar’s instead. Little Caesar’s made my order in half an hour and was way cheaper. I called papa johns a number of times trying to ask for a refund, and was never answered. Extremely disappointed. My sons friends and guests were sitting starving, due to the lack of work ethic in papa johns. Definitely don’t reccomend! They have a history of not giving customers their money back based on the reviews...
