Primo's Barbershop — Attraction in Norwalk

I first had a good review for Juan Carlos but then realize he was prejudice. Made an appointment for my son and last minute Juan Carlos canceled staying he won’t be there today or tomorrow, that’s fine things happen. Well I decided to still go in and get his haircut from someone else and Juan Carlos was there when I asked him what happened he said I decided to come to work ok great so you will take my son next being that I made an appointment and he said no. He canceled my son’s appointment to take care of his own people real prejudice move. Never mind the fact he has been overcharging my brother an extra $5 every time my brother brought my son. Moved to Norwalk couple of months ago. We needed a barber for my toddler. MANY barbers in the area don't want to cut toddler hair.
