Palmis Kitchen — Restaurant in Norwalk

Food is really good but the service is a nightmare, they don’t give you more foods and their foods are expensive than other else, the worst is: when You call to place the order, after 15 max. You call back to make sure your order is ready to pickup because they will never call you to let you know if the order is ready, they ask you what was your order and they said the food is not ready or the order doesn’t place, parking enforcement tried to give me ticket because of them. When you call to get your order even if you were placing it for 15 or half hour, you have to wait until you give up. The nightmare is everytime I het my order they always forget to give me my full order they forget the sauce, the beans, summer slaw etc.. they don’t care. In my life I never see a Haitian Restaurant like that, they don’t care and careless. They don’t realised of you went far to coming when they let you forget something they said, so you can come back. Those Peope need to close anyway. Because they don’t care about...

This restaurant is one of the best Haitian restaurants. I don't usually rate anything online... But Ephesien Redvil, your review is unethical. This isn’t fair for you to say something like this regarding the restaurant. When are we going to truly unite???? I stopped by to pick up my food the day that you were there, you went to the back of the restaurant. Are you are a cook, a server, or an employee??? They were nice enough to you, you had no right to go to the back of the restaurant cursing people out. IT IS TIME TO STOP, STOP, & STOP 🚫. I was doing a DoorDash order for this restaurant, and I got a notification on the DoorDash app that it was ready. I waited in there for 15 minutes. I showed them the screenshot of the persons name and I told them if I had to wait any longer. I’m going to just cancel the order. They said no no no! Also, I was the only white person in the store in the room about 10 other POC people in the store. I was ignored for 15 minutes while customers who were in there or being assisted.
