First Impression: Very nice professional, great customer service (Luv Emily- refreshing, genuine, kind & courteous, beautiful) she's great. I am from NYC and recently moved to Norwalk, I am sort of a bud enthusiast so to speak so I love it to a degree. Product wise I had a horrible (no effect) experience with what I was told would be 1 of the best. I highly disagree and don't think I would shop there for bud(flower), there bud apparatus products are pretty cool and that's what I would return to the store for, also this may seem a bit chauvinistic but the men compared to the women employees came off as very blunt, bland in referring any suggestions, and made me feel like I was just another number in a processing line. The women employees gave a very warm, welcoming and willing to go above and beyond with any questions I had and in fact, assisted me in the store while the male employee just had an "uh" factor. Respectfully, not my intentions to demean anyone's professionalism capabilities just being honest. Great store, just had a bad first impression of the flower products.
