I love my new piercing!! The piercer Eddy was amazing! He helped me from the day I went in to ask about the piercing and jewelry. He was so patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. The day of the appointment he was very kind and walked me through the whole process. Even though I have had other piercings in the past but by other piercers he didn’t rush through the experience he still explained everything and made sure I knew that everything he was using was clean and sterile. Throughout the whole process he checked in on me and treated me like his best friend which made me super comfortable. He even made sure I was comfortable before starting which was really important. After everything was done I felt just a slight dizzy because I hadn’t eaten anything prior and sometimes get dizzy spells when I get up since I was laying down so he gave me some water and let me just take a minute to catch myself until I felt good to go. I have been to high end and low end shops/piercers in the past but this place was definitely the best by far because not only are the prices fair but the piercer and the staff are also amazing. The girl at the check in was also very sweet and friendly. I honestly felt like I was treated with so much care and the quality of service is just as great as going to a high end piercer but without the long wait. It took me double-digit years for my daughter to gain the courage to actually get her ears pierced and I couldn't be happier with the experience that we had. They were knowledgeable, patient, clean, and went through every single step with my daughter who was having a meltdown because she wanted to get it done but she was worried about the pain. The piercer kept reassuring her that she doesn't have to get it done today and it's her choice and she was just so overall patient with her and going along with her ticks if you will. Even after the first ear was pierced, she asked my daughter if she wanted to go check out her piercing before getting the next one done, and that really boosted my daughter's confidence and excitement about the whole experience and she went from tears to smiles all around!
