I’ll start with the positive. The mansion is beautiful, a fascinating piece of history in Norwalk. Our tour guide Carl was amazing. So knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. He made the tour even more interesting and was the best part of our experience.

The Tour guide and the staff are passionate and proud about their job. We are grateful to have them look after this...
