Blue Cactus Grill

DONT EAT AT Blue Cactus Grill! We ordered waffle fries yesterday and found a fried CHICKEN HEAD in it! The piece was slick and stretchy with what is clearly an eye, beak, and even an esophagus (on the back). I found it at night so I called back the next day after work. The manager said he'd give me a refund and thanked me for being calm about it. I was going to leave this alone until a few hours later I get a call back from the owner who starts skeptically questioning me asking why I waited to call it in immediately and commenting about how it was sitting in the fridge for a few hours. I ask if I'll still be getting a refund (for a $20 order mind you) she says not until she reaches out to their supplier to see if this was possible and will let me know! Instead of apologizing and just covering the check I had to dig it out the trash to send a picture which at that point I was told I'd get a refund. I can understand someone being confused when hearing this but to question your customer and tell them you have to reach out to the supplier before refunding $20 is ridiculous and TERRIBLE customer service. Not like the supplier is going to happily take the blame so just take care of your customer!
