Be aware if you are here to return an Amazon package, they may not tape it so item could fall out!! You don't want Amazon charges you for their mistake!!
First time returning something on Amazon here. The person didn't tape it and put the box in the bin, and I the box in the bin without tape. So I asked her to tape it, but rather than taking less than 5 seconds to tape a small box, she actually moved it out of my sight to hide it and lied to my face saying that it was taped. She finally took it out of the bin and reluctantly put 1 single tape on one side after me insisting multiple times and many "thank you!". No idea why take so much effort to lie about it and instead of taping it in less than 5 seconds. She was also rude and had an attitude.
Would not return to this location again. Things are also expensive where you can get them cheaper elsewhere whether it is retail or bulk if you are a small business. Unless you are big corporation with huge discount agreement with them. Would rate...
Read moreIn 2011 shipped a one of a kind piece of handmade art as a gift through Staples\UPS to Canada. The package was lost. Staples blames UPS, UPS blames Staples. UPS stated i had to track through Staples as that was the ship point. The staples mangers all promised to get on it and never followed through. After 3 months of my having to physically go to the store to address management (they wouldn't return calls and always unavailable when i phoned) they finally got UPS involved and the piece of art could not be found. I escalated to Staples presidents office, who were rude and told me never to call back. The Trueman road management never followed through on one promise for pursuing or to keep me updated. Management would hide when i came to the store.A year later i am still without any compensation for loss. In their eyes, I as the customer am the bad guy for using them and expecting delivery or compensation. Will never shop...
Read moreWent to Staples to return an Amazon package.Needed a label printed which I've done before. The young lady named Emily acted like I didn't know what I was doing but we did go to a computer , I was able to log on to Amazon and she told me just take a picture of the code on my phone. (Like she didn't want to be bothered!) Tried that before they said it didn't work. Anyways, in the process. I called out to her because I needed help. Another young man chimed in. Apparently she's helping someone else. Finally accomplished, I took it to a young man that was able to scan the code on my phone Yea.!! He got it done. What a nightmare at Staples. These people really need to go through a people training class on how to treat people a little bit better, be a little kinder! It's called Customer Service!! Will not use...
