This is one of the most ridiculously managed Panera I've ever been to. They messed up several of my ONLINE orders (as you probably already think- how can they mess up an order that is submitted online in written format, clearly stated- read and process right?). Well, I'm honestly impressed by these people's inability to do their job and the level of their incompetence and lack of common sense. The first time I went there to look for a missing item from my order, I was given a coupon for a free "You Pick Two", by their manager Matthew, so they "can make it right". The replacement was fine, however the next time I went there, again a whole item from my order was missing, (again an online order), and I had to go back and get it.. the last time I was there (and if you haven't, I wouldn't recommend you to ever go) I witnessed the manifestation of their poor management. I ordered in advance through the mobile app, because the plan was to pick up my lunch from there and go to work. As mentioned, I was on my way to work and in a hurry and picked up the back with a receipt with my name on it. Guess what- again a whole item of my "You Pick Two" order was missing! (Again...?!?) I was already slightly fed up and called the store- the manager asked me whether I want a refund or a replacement of my you pick two and I said a replacement would be fine, since I eat Panera often. When I went there the manager I spoke to was gone and I was "taken care of" by a different manager- Michael, whose lack of leadership qualities and management skills made it obvious I won't be able to get the reimbursement and the whole ride and time consumed were pointless. I'm disappointed that such a nice corporation such as Panera is not realizing how incompetent some of their employees are. The cashier that initially welcomed me to the store, Mirella, was extremely rude, despite my polite approach, where I had to apologize for their mistake.. this is probably the longest review I've ever done, however the time and effort invested would be worth it if it protects other people from going to Panera...
Read moreLet me start by saying our order taker Chris was amazing he even suggested a way that it can be cheaper which is simply fantastic. This is in particular to a lady who was took our order to our table she was of light complexion long dark brown wavy hair of Hispanic decent with a Panera hat on ......and her hair in a pony tail . Unfortunately I did not see her name tag because she did not have one . She was the rudest person to me and my sister . I let her know I payed extra to have a chicken noodle soup bowl....... and my friend who ordered a cup was given better portion than me in a bowl . She mentioned ohh because she ran out of cups so they are giving everyone bowls which is fine with me but is something they should have mentioned in the check out line when I was actually paying for my meal and they told me I had to pay extra two dollars for a bowl of soup. On top of that she had the nerve to mention a comment about my water cup being filled with green tea juice . Am looking at her like.... first of all I am your customer and you inconvenience me and now you are giving me attitude over me trying a juice to see if I like to buy it .What kind of customer service is this ??? Definitely did not TIP her with her attitude problem.. I cant believe she works in customer service is despicable. Will definitely tell everyone...

I went to this store on 4/6, they were out of the sour dough bread that is the usual bread with this sandwich, not a big deal except the replacement baguette that it was served on was hard and stale! Also, they were out of tomatoes so they sliced up some grape tomatoes and put on the sandwich! I paid for one sandwich and a drink $15.89! When I opened the wrapper to eat my sandwich there was about a teaspoon of chicken salad on the ENTIRE sandwich!! I called and spoke to the manager, he seemed quite apologetic and assured me that he was going to make up for the poor quality on the sandwich I received and asked for my address so he could put some coupons in the mail to me to make up for the poor service that night! When I received the the envelope in the mail, I opened it and there was one coupon in it for a free drink! Nothing else, just a free drink! Very disgusted with the service, being lied to and spending enough money on a sandwich that had tons of lettuce, a few grape tomatoes and a spoonful of chicken salad! I could’ve gone to longhorn steakhouse and gotten a small sirloin meal for about the same price and without an insulting slap in the face with a free soda for bad service! Never...
