I’ll be the first to admit, me and my family went very late, around 9:00-9:15, but we were very apologetic and made sure to ask if they were okay if we came late and dined in. The woman at the front seemed to have no issue, in fact she seemed ecstatic to welcome us and even offered a 10% discount. As me and my family were dining in, we noticed the food in the trays looked as if they were sitting there for hours, but we just decided to avoid those foods that looked rather unappealing. As I was eating with my styrofoam plate and plastic fork, i noticed that my sushi was sour (the fish was gray as well), and I had to spit out more than one. I also noted the sign on the wall that literally tells customers (and I quote) “Please do not waste food.” and “Do not let your children run or be loud.”. At the end of the night, the workers had no issue with being extremely rude with us as well as constantly remind us that they were closing/closed. When we were about to leave, the owner came up to us more than once to tell us that they were closed, which we knew. I mean..thats why we we’re leaving. The moment me and my family are preparing to leave, all of the lights in the restaurant shut off. They had shut the lights off on us. The owner once again came up to us, whistling at us as if we were dogs might I add, to tell us that they were closed. We (as respectful as possible amidst of seeing red) expressed our anger and how we felt completely disrespected. The owner seemed completely un-phased, giving us the fakest “sorry” I’ve ever heard, while all of the rest of the employees just stared. His alleged wife just waved her hand and walked away. I’ve never felt more disrespected in an establishment in my life. No one should have to face treatment like this. I really hope these extremely disrespectful workers and owner(s) get what they deserve, would hopefully be this establishment’s permanent closing.
Thank y’all for coming to...
Read moreSo I'm a Chinese buffet enthusiast and unfortunately this one was extremely disappointing. We planned our trip for a Friday evening so that we could take advantage of the crab legs that are advertised for Friday and Saturday after 5pm. We get there and pay, pick our table, and my husband goes up while I stay back with the kids. He mentions to me when he comes back that he didn't see the crab legs. I go up and can't find the crab legs either, but I thought maybe they were currently out and maybe they'd be out shortly. Well, by that time we both are sitting eating our first plate. Everything was subpar, even for buffet standards. The noodles were extremely plain, the pork dumplings were dry (not the filling, the dough. Felt like it wasn't supposed to be edible). Everything was like that, besides the sauteed green beans which were the typical chinese buffet green beans. Back to the crab legs, I wave down an employee and ask about the crab legs, she quickly says "no." and hurries away. I go up to try and figure out what I might eat a 2nd plate of and see the sign in the back stating crab legs were no longer offered on Friday. I go back to the front where you pay and there was no sign out front. So they have you pay thinking you are getting crab legs and when you complain about it they tell you that everybody knows. Then when you tell them you don't and they should put a sign up out front they tell you there is a sign and point to the back. If you're like me and you put up enough of a stink they might tell you that you can get half of your money back, but then you have to leave immediately. So they have you pay thinking you will be getting crab legs and then treat you as a problem when you complain saying there should be a sign somewhere before you pay. So don't be like me, don't pay almost $20 for 2 plates of the worst chinese buffet food you can find, just go basically...
Read moreI want to bring to your attention that this restaurant is ideal for dining with your family, friends, and colleagues. The food is very affordable, with extremely generous portions and an extensive variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They cater to different tastes with a rich array of foods, desserts, fresh fruits, and salads. From sushi to fried rice, roasted chicken, fried fish, and beef, you can find it all.
In addition, the restaurant is incredibly spacious and welcomes everyone, including infants aged 8 months to toddlers up to 24 months. They have high chairs for infants who can sit up on their own with their heads held up without support. You can enjoy unlimited servings at the same price you already paid, including ice cream, white rice, and veggie stews. Rest assured, even picky eaters will adore the food options available for toddlers.
The only issue I have noticed is that they have changed from using plastic plates and utensils to foam when you are dining. I strongly dislike this change because it is not respectful and presentable. However, I understand that this switch may be to prevent germs and bacteria when reusing the plates and utensils after washing. While it may be more convenient to use and dispose of foam, they make it fair to us concerning the hygiene of using the same plates that have been used by numerous people, even after washing and sanitizing. But other than that, it is okay, not too bad, especially with the food varieties and prices being better compared to the same food at some fancy restaurants that...
