Today is Friday everyone knows it's busy and lines get pretty long and there is going to be a wait very understanding. Today I seen the most incredible team work there has ever been!! And no I'm definitely not a Karen lol, I am a door dasher who came in for Christians order and nearly waiting 25 minutes for this order. First there is NO teamWork or communication and everything failed. I've worked in food industries and know how hectic it can be and today I almost went back behind the register just to help pack orders and help the team out and I don't even work there. The front guys who was on register and bagging orders did well with communication even checking my order BUT he left with no replacement nor communication to others on what order need to be bagged and what was door dash,.It seemed that (bebesota) stepped in she asks a girl to get a register guy because the other guy left. The girl who she asked to help find someone was sweeping, seeing its stressful and getting back up she yelled out to him once and continues sweeping carelessly then slowly went to the back but the guy never showed.(bebe) frustrated yelled out loud "fine I guess I'll do it myself". In the back a man was putting away a tablet laligaging not even caring about what going on around him as it seemed he placed the tablet back on the charging station and had changed the background of his face on the tablet instead of focusing on helping the team out. Don't know if he was on break or not but definitely a bad look on the whole store as there struggling.
Still waiting for my door dash order..(bebe) hands out a few more orders and checked base after I seemed frustrated stepping up to check base with someone. She hands my order that's been sitting there for 10 minute (because of register man leaving with no one to cover and no communication of who's order is what) she hands another customer my order that I've waited seems like forever now for it. She catches her mistake and finally just hands me the order that the man took and gave him his order. This was not her fault but if the teams acted like a team and worked together and communicated all together this would NEVER would have been stressful on not only me but everyone else in the building. I watched the whole store get filled twice and still want waiting on this order with the line almost finally cleared by the time I finally got this door dash order.
The people in charge making order were more focused on getting as much people taken care of in the line and their orders, that they could care less if I was standing there. The girl who made my door dash order communicated a bit but knew I still was standing there but was more focused on customers instead of taking a few orders and then coming back to finish my order out if she knew there was no one upfront. The confusion of orders happened because of the register guy leaving work without checking with other or getting coverage orders were stacked up and no one upfront. This is all lack of communication and to many workers were having more fun giggling and joking then helping each other out and working together. There are too many teenager workers that don't care and seem to think working is a game. This is my very FIRST TIME making ANY complaint in my life about a store and doing it while door dashing because of how frustrating I felt for not only the team but myself and my customer.. If that doesn't explain how tonight's services were on Friday August 4th around 4ish I'm not sure what else does. Read moreDid the staff recently change? Today I was in chipotle and the amount of chicken that used to be given was decent and now what happened less than half is placed in the bowl. Unbelievable and you pay the same price? I come here every often and don’t understand why the amount of everything is less than before. The staff don’t even welcome like they used to. When I asked for please can I get more chicken for the quesadilla. Didn’t even her me and I mentioned it to the staff at the front desk. Didn’t even reply to me. Unacceptable as a customer. No one looks happy to work here. Horrible customer service.
Also, last week my fiancée was there to order a burrito bowl for myself and asked for double protein looked at the guy and was surprised that it wasn’t double chicken and STILL ended paying for the amount. A few pieces of chicken and of course paid double for that amount? I couldn’t believe my eyes and he ordered guac and thought the guac was in the bag. Nope it sure was not in the bag once he came home. He thought it was and still ended up paying for all of that and still no guac in the bag and not double chicken in the burrito bowl. Just unacceptable for a customer that she keeps coming back and just the last of customer service is unbelievable.
Please train your staff with professionalism and better customer service. I’ve seen so much better customer service and this place lacks in it for sure. Not sure who trains the staff but I do believe they should have better training and also don’t charge customers the same price if you will be giving them less of what they ask for....
Read moreThis store and Chipotle in general has lost all my business. They had trouble getting my CC to go through and made me insert it 4 times. When I looked at my CC online the next day, it posted a total of $34.51 for 2 bowls and 2 drinks. I thought they charged my card twice so I called the store. The Manager was unfriendly from the start and said she could not help unless I bring the receipt into the store. Said she could not help me any further, until I became upset. Then I was given the guest help # and she refused to give me her name. I was passing through and live an hour from the store so I couldn't go in and was never given a receipt. Guess help line made me send a screen shot of my CC statement instead of looking it up. Made me feel like I was trying to rip them off. This is a fast food restaurant and their prices are that of a normal restaurant. All this considered, I have lost faith in their business concepts and will be selling the 100 share block in my portfolio. If you want to overpay and sit in plastic chairs, that's your choice.
