I really tried my best to be understanding with this store. But now I'm done with being understanding. I have insurance on my phone through my carrier this was one of the places I could go to get such repair done. So I set up an appointment with them because with my insurance they have a 2 hour hour window to fix my phone. Come to drop off the phone takes 23 minutes to get checked in even though I had an appointment and usually you're serviced first when you do....but whatever. Okay get done with the signing in process and they said 2 hours from my check in time. Okay, fine. Come back a full 2.5 hours later expecting my phone to be done because it was a simple screen repair that I could have done myself but unfortunately it was cheaper to use my insurance. But anyways they are still not done and say it will be 45 minutes more. So I sit wait the 45 minutes in my car, call them again after giving them 50 minutes. Still not done but will call me with an update in 10-15 minutes....I receive no call and the tech is dealing with other people so I ask him about an update because it's been 20 minutes and haven't heard a thing. He says the phone's finger print scanner keeps failing and they can't close out the sale or give me my back phone until it does or they will have to put the old screen on it and give it back to me...wait another 20 mind finally get my phone back and I leave. Then the next day they call me asking me to bring my phone back so they can have the finger print scanner fail again so they can close out the sale. I was never told I had to come back to the yesterday. They just gave me my phone and I thought this whole ordeal was over. But it's not. This is the most dissappointing tech repair I've ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor if you know how to fix it yourself do it and don't deal with these clowns. Yes it's more money but a lot less of a hassle. Sure wish I did...

UPDATE: In May 2023, I visited UbreakIFix, feeling confident in their services, especially knowing they were backed by Asurion. Initially, I was satisfied with the screen repair, even leaving a 4-star review. Fast forward to seven months later, and the same screen starts malfunctioning. Naturally, I thought this would be covered by their warranty, but my experience was frustratingly different.
I returned, expecting a straightforward warranty claim, only to be met with resistance. They offered a mere $25 discount, citing 'physical damage' as the reason my warranty claim was denied. However, the photos I provided clearly show the screen was well-maintained, disputing their claim of physical damage. It felt like a blatant excuse to avoid honoring their warranty.
I ended up paying for another screen replacement, effectively doubling my cost due to what I can only describe as a subpar quality part. This experience was not only disappointing but also felt like a tactic to extract more money for another service, based on a questionable diagnosis.
I had high hopes for UbreakIFix, especially under the Asurion umbrella, expecting robust support and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly tarnished my view of their service. For anyone considering UbreakIFix for a screen replacement, I urge you to reconsider and look elsewhere. I went to their store asking to have the protective glass on my phone replaced, (supplying my own glass, I had one piece left over, out of a two pack, after the previous day I installed one by myself and I couldn't get rid of the air in between the glass and the phone screen), the clerk took my phone in the back along with my new piece of protecting glass to be installed. She never let me know the price of the service, and I forgot to ask, thinking is a such a simple job and it probably cost somewhere between $ 5.00 and $ 10.00. It turned out to be much more. 10 minutes later the clerk brought my phone out to me, with the protective glass replaced and she ask me to pay $ 30.00. I looked at the screen and there is a piece of lint under glass but she is telling me that lint was already on the new glass. There was not, and I am sure of that because it was factory new and never open before' and if so they should let me know before they replace it. Apparently they do not have a clean room to work an the repairs and that's sh#t happens. I overcame the lint issue but I complained about the high price on such a simple job and she told me the price for "miscellaneous labor" is $ 50.00, but she gave me a discount by dropping the price to $ 30.00. In my opinion this work is very specific, simply "protective glass replacement". Somehow she drop the price to $ 25.00, I paid and went unhappy on my way. So people, be aware of of the ridiculous high labor prices of this place, and ask for the cost before they perform any work on...
