Panda Express — Restaurant in Norwood Park Township

Slowest experience I've ever had. The staff here is untrained and slower than a turtle I spent my lunch break waiting in line. They had one person on the line I felt bad for them very bad management. The place opens at 11 but don't come until 12 that's when they'll have everything prepared. Worst panda express I've ever been at.

I came back here to pick up dinner and my god. There's 1 person trying to serve a line that stretches half way thru the food court. The management needs to learn how to schedule people. The popeyes next door has 3 people at the register along with the McDonald's. But this panda just doesn't want to have more people on the line to serve food. It's ridiculous i might as well drive to the village crossing one it'll take the same time to drive there and back before I get up front here.

I placed an online order for pickup, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Not only was the order not prepared, but the staff kept promising it would be ready soon — yet they didn’t even start working on it. On top of that, they were unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked to cancel the order due to the delay, they refused to do so or assist me properly. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I left without my food and with a terrible impression. Definitely not coming back to...

Even though i luv panda express i was so disappointed on a sat when i went to hip mall. My 4 year old grandson was looking foward to panda excited to go with me to the mall, when we went to order girl tells the lady in front its only cash today is that ok, half the line left not everyone carrys cash anymore i was so sad for him cause he already picked out wat he wanted but hes the best cause i explained i only have cards and he understood. Next time ill go to a panda that doesn't have...
