Tourism keeps this location alive! We have lived in Ko Olina 6 years, and were excited to see this place open. I really want to give this place 5 stars and I've waited to write this review for about year, because i always want to give new businesses a chance to adjust to the new location. It's safe to say now that they have no grasp on the amount sales they are loosing, and no business improvement plan. Inconsistent hours with employees stepping away is one problem. Not even sure if the owners are aware that this happens. The next problem is they are famous for their amazing cones, but they are out of them about 90% of the time by the evening. How hard is it to understand that if you run out every single day, then you aren't making enough. We even went once and we saw the cone batter, but the employee said sorry we already cleaned the waffle cone machine and we aren't making any more... are you kidding me!!! This goes the same for the ice cream which is my last point. Most people finish dinner around 7pm so instead of starting to shut everything down, they should be ready for the rush. They never are, not only are all the cones gone, but they are often down to 3 flavors left. Under normal circumstances this type of business operation would never survive, but unfortunately, as stated at the beginning, tourists keep this place going. Don't get me wrong if you can go and actually get a cone and an ice cream that you like it's really good. Unfortunately, you may have to stop by 5 or 6 times to actually make that purchase. Unsure if they realize how many people walk in, or up to the window, and walk away because of this. These are all lost customers, to the point that we often just go to the ABC store due to the inconsistencies, and so do a lot of other people. Please listen and convince me to turn this...
Read moreOh wow it’s awful… This ice cream shop is a disgrace to the whole food, first off when I eat ice cream I have to go to the bathroom my doctor says I’m “Lactose intolerance” or whatever but for some reason I got the need to go extra badly. ANYWAYS this shop should be closed immediately, they have a sign saying size DOES matter, I personally take massive offense to this for reasons but anyways also this shop is uninclusive and offensively shaming other races openly, this is because the name BLACK sheep, this offends every other race by only including 1, you may ask “there is no such Thing as a Asian or Indian sheep but that’s not true there is trust me. Also this restaurant is always out of flavors One time they ran out of Vanilla how do you run out of vanilla, Anyways I was threatening the store by suing them for not having vanilla but then I realized how they had chocolate and I like chocolate, chocolate ice cream is basically the reason why I way 568 pounds and have no friends, anyways also one time I couldn’t tie my shoelace when walking by the shop and could reach down even when siting so I went to black sheep and demanded them to tie my shoe but the useless lady and man said no, I don’t remember there name but I thing it was Moe and Alex Im not sure though anyways also the people were fat shaming me by even bringing up thre small size when I wanted my Extra chocolate Large shake unbelievable anyways. Could go on and on but I’ve had enough I need to eat my daily chocolate bar so Im done now later, by the way this is a photo of the waiter who didn’t...
Read moreCustomers beware! I ordered a double scoop and grabbed a bottle of water. As I pushed the water to the cashier to ring it up, I noticed the cap seal had been opened. All the little plastic ticks that secure the cap were snapped clear. I told the young gal I'd like another bottle of water and she grabbed it, looked at it and said "it's fine." I reiterated the seal has been broken and I don't want that one. She rolled her eyes and said "there's nothing wrong with it, the water in at the top." Then she set it aside with the mannerism she would be putting oit back in the case. I was then handed the cup of ice cream they were "out of cones" they said. It was a soupy mess. I could have poured some 'ice cream' out as it was like a melted shake. Both our ice creams were the same. While I would have enjoyed eating ice cream, I think the "we're out of cones" was also a result of serving mushy ice cream. The flavor was nice but eating it was a 'hurry before it's completely melted' event. Poor service, horrible customer service and soupy ice cream - expensive ice cream at that, tells me I'll be going elsewhere next time and others should weigh the options at the market a couple...
