Amazing time there! First time going to Hawaii and wouldn’t expect to attend the grand opening of a miniso out there, what a great experience. Everyone was so nice, store was extremely clean even when I went towards the end of the week, and all my questions were answered on all the products! Even management was great making the whole experience of waiting in line worth it! This is a spot you definitely have to visit if you love adorable/ cute items, especially if you have a younger audience in your family.
Had to come back and add my experience with one of the employees there! I had a quality issue with one of the sanrio items I purchased, i’m very picky on how my items look and this mug I purchased was slightly off so I went back and spoke to them and they gladly helped me out! Swapped it right out and got me a new one, stress free! They explained that some items sometimes have quality issues since it’s the way they get shipped out sometimes.
P.S… I didn’t have to use my physical copy receipt, i was able to use the digital one that gets sent to your phone after a purchase is done! Great place. Definitely...
Read moreStore opened a few days earlier than advertised. I fast-walked over here (second level, close to Macy’s) when I saw ladies holding the red Miniso bag outside the mall.
Compared to other Minisos, this store is on the smaller side. They’ve got quite a lot of Sanrio items and unfortunately not many of their brand’s own characters. I saw only a few items of their Dun Dun chicken, but no stuffies at all, which is what I’d been looking forward to. Perhaps they’ll stock in the future, as late shipment was originally the cause of the store’s delay in opening.
Goods are pricey, ($18 for blind boxes, $9 for keychains, $18 for plastic organizers made in China…) though if you’ve shopped Miniso before, you very well know that. Overheard a parent tell his child, we will just go Daiso instead😆 and yes, I...
Read moreAbsolutely love this store! All their merchandise is so cute and they have a good variety of Sanrio merchandise. I wish they had a little bit more Pompompurin but honestly, compared to most stores, they have a decent variety of this character. Miniso is like one of those stores that you get things from and you don't really know if you'll put it to use or not, but it's a great store to just have some fun if you have extra money, buy gifts from, and just admire. It's super bright in there but it makes all the colors pop. The workers are pretty nice. They have a great variety and I love buying Sanrio blind boxes from them. If you like random blind boxes, this is your place. I'm 100% coming back here for myself in the future and for gifts during birthdays and Christmas! I'm so happy they opened a...
