I placed an online order on a whim just 10 minutes before closing and showed up right before they shut the doors at 10:00 p.m. I apologized and thanked the staff, admitting, "Tonight, I’m that guy." Despite the late timing, the team was unfazed and super friendly, handling it all with smiles and good vibes.

I don’t eat here often since I follow a keto diet, and I know one burger isn’t enough. Plus, it can get pricey. When I do indulge, I like to go big—ideally with a one-pound burger. To my surprise, the online menu lets you add an extra patty for just $3. I ended up ordering two burgers with an extra patty each. It came out to about $30, which isn’t bad considering it would’ve been around $25 without the extra patties.

I opted for lettuce wraps, which I usually avoid because they’re often messy or poorly put together. But this team nailed it—the wraps were perfectly made and easy to eat. Another pleasant surprise was the burgers themselves. While I wish they offered a less well-done option, the meat was juicy and tender, not tough like I expected.

Overall, I was impressed with the quality and care, especially considering the timing. I’ll definitely be back to order the same thing. Thanks for the...

We waited for two burgers +30min. While pick up I had to remind worker about my milkshake as it wasn’t ready when he called my number. On top of it this milkshake was too thick, I couldn’t even drink it. Also they were out of strawberry milkshake flavor. French fries seemed to be over burnt and hamburgers were cold. Big disappointment, it was our first and probably the last time we ate there. Paying 35$ for cold hamburgers and waiting for them over 30 min is just not right. At this point any fast food drive through is better for lower price. I understand staff can be overwhelmed with online orders but if you know that customer will have to wait that long then at least you could give us a notification and we would place an order to start...

I went to do a food run for people at work. Someone ordered a milkshake and that was the wrong plan if they're at all busy apparently. From order to food being handed off was a quick seven ish minutes. I went up twice after getting the burgers and fries from the order asking for a status on when they would get to the milkshakes and the answer was, "it's coming right up." At 30 minutes from the time of the original order per the receipt, we still hadn't gotten the milkshake and I had to leave to get back. I asked for a refund, and fortunately got it. Fries were cold and gross by the time I brought everyone they're food, but the burgers were ok.

If you go, don't go when...

Service is good. A bit disappointed though because of the hype. I think I'd prefer In-n-Out or Teddy's bigger burger. The burgers are okay, they're not the " I wanna come back for more burgers good" though. Got the patty melt (grilled cheese, add a hamburger patty, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, pickles, and bbq sauce) Hubby got a cheeseburger (lettuce, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, bbq sauce) Vanilla shake: good quality, nice and thick Cajun fries: a little spicy, (Don't expect the same flavor as seasoned curly fries), get one 1 and share, they give a lot! We had leftovers. Peanuts are good!

I didn't find it as good as I expected. The hamburger was tasty, and the fries were excellent. However, I was disappointed that they didn't provide peanuts. Not sure if it's just this particular store... It's one of the most famous burger places in America. Unlike the New York locations, the Hawaii branch didn't have peanuts when I visited, but this might need confirmation. The burgers are tasty and the portions are decent. However, I don't think they surpass Teddy's Burger, another famous handmade burger spot in Hawaii. Since it's a franchise, it's worth a visit if you're looking for a familiar taste.
