Horrible brand, bad business & poor management. I called corporate rude receptionist representatives there was NO apology, acknowledgement or accountability. They do not offer compensation or even curtsey to honor my experience after a decade of being a customer I will gladly save my money NEVER shop here again. They FAIL to apply feedback based on these reviews seeing patterns of the same issue they dont know how to apply feedback they claim they are open but closed minded. Thank goodness for Public reviews this location has such a high turn, poor staff and no training this brand will be out of business in the future! No one supports or helps you in store. Your better off buying online or supporting other home decor stores. Discriminatory, rude, disorganized and unsupportive staff. Not only do people not want to work anymore brands should replace everyone with self-service checkout, and machines. The truth is Robots would greet, assist, and support me better. -10 do not go here save your time, energy and gas they clearly dont respect...

I purchased a lamp from a HG Woodbury, MN store. When I got the lamp home, I decided that I wanted another of the same lamp. The Woodbury store only had one , so I went to the Rosedale store to find the lamp. They did not have the lamp either. When I asked the store cashier if she could check with another location, I was surprised to learn that the stores are not connected electronically. However, the cashier graciously called another store for me. When she was told that they did not have it, the store manager told her that she could not call another store to check for me. I decided to call the Woodbury store to make a final check for the lamp. The store employees were very rude. I found this to be very upsettling as I was willing to purchase another lamp if I could have found someone that would be helpful. I will be returning the lamp that I purchased and looking else...

Excellent store to find very fine and wonderful items, gifts, and home goods :) the aisles are tight but unfortunately the shoppers that shop here disregard your personal space ALL. THE. TIME. it's not the stores fault but it's mainly the people that don't understand personal space as you are looking at items. So, be aware when you shop at this location, don't be surprised if people get really close to you or get in front of you when you are looking at an item.Overall, the store is very clean and we'll organized.
