I decided to take on delivery service and pay $100, so that my table and chairs can be put together by professional. When they got there it seemed only one guy was doing all the work. i received my furniture un-boxed and put together which made me want to check it thoroughly for dent/scratches. all the furniture was very dusty, there is nicks all over the edges of the table. seems this furniture somehow was previously rejected and just brought to me as if i was not going to notice defects. driver took pictures and spoke to someone at store. i told driver i wanted a replacement, he still left table there and stated someone was to call me back. i have yet to receive a phone call from bob mills since my delivery on 9/5/18 at 2:30pm. very disappointed with their reaction time and overall experience. the sales clerk was very helpful at store and very nice and informational. no complaints there. the commercial doesn't tell you the details of their promotions. my furniture was 997$ not including tax. the promotion states you have to spend 1000 to get something at store for $100. well that is nonsense. with tax my purchase would've been way over 1000$ smh. and the mattresses that are free ? lol they need to show them in the commercial. i wouldn't put my dog on that mattress. lol smh in a round about way, i call it fraudulent misrepresentation. they show you pretty mattress in the commercial and nice looking Tv's but what they really give is ridiculously cheap stuff. to think i was going to buy a...
Read moreThis has been the worst place I’ve purchased furniture from. The lack of communication & empty promises. Our sales representative, Alexia was amazing throughout the picking process and getting these Ordered. Alexia is the only reason I would give this place a 1 star, if there were a 0 option.
We ordered Labor day weekend and was told to expect everything the 5th of September. On the 5th, I called to ask about pick up and was told everything I ordered was out of stock so it would be a month or 2. Then when I explained my situation they got me one item here a week and a half later of the 12th apparently from another customers order. I received a call Thursday after being told my love seat would “hopefully be here the 11th”, did not happen. So the 12th, the manager gave me a call and said my sofa would be here the 21st and delivered to me. I wont receive my auto-man until the possible beginning of October if not most likely later as i’ve been noticed with everything else. I moved my work schedule around and When I had spoke with Lucas in delivery services, I was told nothing showed that except someone was in my ticket. I’ve called the phone number the Manager gave me and get straight to voicemail and can’t get a hold of anyone in office since because I get placed on hold immediately. Read moreNot a happy customer!!!1st off I don't like that it's a $99 delivery fee no matter how far. I live less than 2 blocks away! I purchased a bunk bed for my kids. I sold my kids bed prior to picking this one up from the store assuming everything would be there. 1st of all the full size mattress isn't there so I have to wait. No big deal..Thought I'd get the rest of the bed set up and just get the mattress when it was ready. I was wrong. My son and my father in law open the boxes and we started setting up. Only to realize the dresser door is broken and the holes don't match up to install the dowel rods to attach the top bunk!! So my kids had to sleep with the twin mattress on the floor since there bed wasn't together. I called the store right away and had to email pictures of the problem And Now i have to wait an additional 3-4 days for the m to order a new bed. You pay $1700 for a bed for your kids you expect it to be able to be set up right?My kids were so excited to be able to have separate beds! However. My sales lady Alejandra was super nice! When I walked in the store to purchase the bed, I told her exactly what I wanted and that is exactly what she showed me! She didn't try to push anything on me or talk me into something else.
