Good service at places visited.
Adequate parking if you are willing and able to walk a ways. Best is park far away because traffic is awful near doors, and lots of pedestrians cross at random spots while lingering in right of way.
This congestion is exacerbated by a few, probably less than 1%, of entitled drivers jockeying for spaces near the doors and blocking traffic while waiting for the current occupant loads up groceries and 3.7 children and car seats and finally pull out.
I try to avoid the lanes near the shop entrances like the plague due to this tiny fraction that can gridlock a huge area.
However, the exercise is good for me. I have parked 1/4 mile away, walked to store, got in and out, and the same driver is still waiting to get the spot near the doors with dogged determination as traffic backs up.
Suggestion - make a couple of extra pass-through lanes to escape to an adjacent row of parking and avoid being bottleneck ed in front of doors to be able to turn around when leaving, and evade the congestion. This would cost 2 to 4 spaces per row but give shoppers a better exit path. I would recommend probably 120 to 150 feet down the row from the front...

Read moreNOTE: PIC I posted is for historical purposes only. This is an archived pic of what was once an "Indoor Mall" but was remodeled into an "Outdoor/Open Space Mall."
I'm told this was Odessa's first indoor mall built B4 I was born in...summer of 1970 & was named "Winwood Mall" B4 they changed it to an outdoor mall - known as as an "Open Centre"....hence the name: Winwood Town Centre." In fact, when you look at the sign "out front" next door to the bank (west of the Jack in the Box), it says such. Sometime in the early to mid 80s (was living in Austin), they built Odessa's 2nd indoor mall just to the east first called "Permian mall then subsequently changed to Music City Mall during one of the summers in the late 1980s (was living in Fountain Valley).
Also, I noticed when you buy something from one of the retailors, like Office Depot, it says on the receipt: "Office Depot, Winwood...
