The small harbor was charming parking for at least 40 cars, we got lucky and got a spot. Not handicap accessible to get to placards/history information as they & benches were on very large rocks, railings would be most helpful in this location. One option is to park in one of the parking lots in the main ogunquit area but they are costly (like $20). We tried our luck by going around a few times and found a place luckily.
