“Rachels Best Soaps” storefront or also called “VENOFYE skincare” or also “cbdgrdn” operating out of a kiosk selling skin care products. This company is owned or partners with “Mazal Enterprises” which I’m assuming is the parent company, has thousands of 1 star reviews on BBB and I’m assuming at this point a class action lawsuit against them (hopefully)
My partner and I were walking thru the mall and were approached by a dude at a skincare kiosk who was selling this under eye serum that magically removes under eye darkness. My partner let him put it on his under eyes and yes the darkness and bags were totally gone. He put the serum on with a q tip and used a little hand fan to dry the serum and said DONT touch it while it’s drying. I asked ingredients and kiosk dude said collagen, to which I said collagen doesn’t get absorbed thru the skin you have to ingest it for it to work at all. He started giving me samples and also put the under eye treatment on my eyes. It felt like it was tingling hardening with a cast on my under eyes but alas it did tighten the skin. At the time I was impressed and asked “how much for it?” Kiosk dude said $299.99. I laughed like you can’t be serious but he rambled off some deal to give us money off if we came back or made an appointment and it honestly didn’t make any sense. He ended up charging my card for much more than the “deal” he made us.
He then lead us over to this storefront called “Rachels best Soaps” where this other salesman dude and guard woman (literally a woman with an earpiece standing outside the store like a pitbull just watching) and this new skincare saleman guy sat me down in a chair and started putting this cream on my face and running over it with a blue/red light facial light laser. Had a little mirror and kept showing me the difference it made (no difference lol) and then tried selling me the blue red light facial laser for a cool $1,500. I said no thank you, to which he offers to throw in a cheap ceramic hair straightener for $400 additional but we could get the $400 removed from the charge if we came back and ordered more? I told dude I don’t straighten my hair and he said “but it could be a gift for Christmas for someone” I said no thank you I wasn’t interested but he kept pressing and pressing to sell me more garbage.
It was then I knew I had been duped. Started digging online and found a plethora of angry people saying this company uses high pressure sales tactics, up charges their completely basic skincare, offers payment plans or refunds but when you go back for the refund the store is magically gone and you can’t get your money back.
Also I used the “magic under eye serum” when I got home and the formula was completely splitting, I could see concealer along with the serum not mixed well, and when I used it on my eyes it didn’t work the same way it worked in the mall. Shocking!
Either way I reported the charge as fraudulent and got my money back.
Summit mall I get that you’re clearly struggling for business but allowing these type of companies to be vendors in your mall is not only gross but lowkey negligent to the fine people of...
Read moreIf you cannot follow the cop and take picture or video, why does Mr Hurst claim to not care for Liberty Hangouts complaint fo the same? It's a double standard, of which he refused to take her complaints in favor of others. The victoria Secret cashier was bad in mishandling the situation, laughing at Liberty Hangout with her smirk also. Mall Cops are the reason some malls fail to make profits often times, because the act outside of their training, thinking they can get away with the bad behaviors they illustrate to others. Entire Malls have gone out of business, as the prime objective to de-escalate is for the officer to do it in his behavior, not by removing the victims. denying their complaints. If you want to make money, is it a smart business practice removing public figures, getting shown on YouTube by LibertyHangout for example. See also, First Amendment Audits, also look up First Amendment Activism on YouTube for examples of officers like Mr. Hurst out of line, including the video of himself out of line. The mall is losing money by allowing customers to harass others, if you pick and choose by political affiliation, you lose in way of profits, not very smart. You want to sell merchandise as part of corporate America, as a mall. That is your goal, make a living, make a profit, not to judge by nature, but to sell merchandise. De-escalating is how the officer conducts themselves also, not how they take a action, he thinks de-escalating is by removing people. If you de-escalate, it is to make peace between all parties, why not remove the starter of the offense of pictures and following LibertyHangout, the girl? Whoever started the situation first, should be removed by formality. De-escalating is a term used for the officer behavior (which is to keep himself in check to assist all parties, not one party he likes better than another), not a action against those he refuses a legitimate complaint from, LiubertyHangout. You want money, you have to earn customers, not...
Read moreI was just in Macy’s getting ready to check out. I approached a beautiful young lady who was willing to help me. I was getting ready to pay her when this other rude woman who also worked there as a cashier interrupted me. Now unbeknownst to me I was using my mom’s temporary Macy’s card. She then interrupts by telling me that the card is good for only ten days. Which I truly didn’t know. When I say this lady was rude as ever. ( I’m being nice right now). Also the look on the other young cashiers face I feel even made her uncomfortable as she was helping me today. Let me say this to the disrespectful, rude cashier. Now I understand that cashiers have a job to do as well to protect Macy’s name and reputation. When you are interacting with your customers please be careful of your tone and how you speak to your customers because someone else would have been so nasty to you that your joy would have been taken today. Next time you interrupt someone who has and is continuing to have a great day! Remember that what you put out in this beautiful world will come back to you. Always remember to give off positive energy. I’m still shopping in Macy’s as a matter of fact! Because I have a Joe...
