Terrible experience. My insurance company recommended this location. Scheduling an appointment was easy and the customer services agent was very helpful. Dropped off my phone that was working fine. The gentleman that checked me in confirmed the phone was working, all features working. Simply needed new screen due to small crack. When I arrived back at the shop they told me their product had a defect and they were unable to install the screen. They put my screen back on the phone. The phone did not work. They said it was possible they broke the screen more when it was removed. I could take my phone to another repair shop or wait a week for them to order the part. Not confident in their services anymore and being from out of town, I chose to go somewhere else. Took my phone to a highly recommended shop in Manhattan Ks. Extremely helpful and polite. When the tech attempted to put a new screen on my phone it did not work. He ran diagnostics and attempted to correct the problem. He was unable to fix the phone. Read moreI repeatedly took 3 phones in to have screens repaired. I chose this store because they were the cheapest to replace the screens. Picked up phones and had to return them because the screens weren't glued down and we're moving around. At that point I questioned the quality of screen and/or glue and explained these phones were an important part of our lives cause my son....my significant other HAVE to have dependable phones cause they are truck drivers. These phones set in phone caddys and are hooked to Bluetooth. Well after the second time of picking one up he hadn't made it 100 miles and the screen fell out of the phone. The other one lasted about a day. So we finally superglue one screen on cause we had no choice the other we returned they repaired it yet again it just left on the road today and fell apart less than 24 hours after use. DO NOT TAKE PHONES IN FOR SCREEN REPAIR!!!!!! Use Your insurance. I am now out 2 phones. The price of the screens and still making payments on these phones. Samsung Galaxy 5s. Read moreVery bad experience with a Duracell vehicle battery. Spent nearly $200.00 in February 2023 vehicle was totally dead in a little over 4 months. I was able to jump start the car and drive it to the Olathe location (where I purchased it) the employees came to the conclusion that the battery was fine. Well here we are 3 months later and it’s totally dead again, the tow service couldn’t even jump start it. I spoke to a couple of service guys in reference to the problem, they gave me a sure fire way to test the electrical system to take that out of the possible culprit. I spoke to Batteries+ 3 times during this day, they said I would have to bring the vehicle in so they could test it (difficult to do if I couldn’t even jump it). I went to Walmart bought a battery, works like a charm. Called Batteries+ to see if I could get a refund, was told they will only give me a replacement after they confirm the battery is defective.
