Planet Sub — Restaurant in Olathe

I LOVE planet sub and usually my experience there is great. But today it just wasn’t, (i get being busy and having tons of customers) but today was not cool. First of all they got my order COMPLETELY wrong, I asked for vinegar on my sandwich, They gave me a cup of salad dressing?? I also asked for black olives and there was absolutely NONE in sight or on the sandwich. And last when the kid called out my name i had to walk up to him myself and clarify because he wasn’t speaking loud what so ever, the most neutral tone i’ve heard.

Please fix this. I love Planet sub but i hate paying almost 20 dollars by myself for my meal...

We are done eating Planet Sub. Absolutely the worst sandwiches we have ever had. We ordered on a Friday at 5pm 3 6” subs: Green Turkey, Creamy Crab, and a Ham and cheese. The meat was completely flavorless, the bread was gummy like Subway serves, we all complained of indigestion. The ingredients were sparse, actually paid for extra bacon, could not tell. The ingredients were also separated to one side of the sandwich from the others and did I mention…. Flavorless. No, we are not ill, tastebuds are intact. It used to be the case that Planet Sub was more expensive than Jimmy John's, Mr Goodcent's or Subway, but ... surprise, surprise! ... with the rewards taking about 10% off the price, it's cheaper than all three. Plus the food is much tastier. It's not perfect and their portions sizes have shrunk from what they used to be when they were cheaper, so -1 star. I strongly recommend the "double bake" option, especially if you are getting takeout. That puts it pretty close to as good as the Yellow Sub original.
