Absolutely terrible experience! This place was not busy whatsoever during lunch time, and still took over 15 min to bring me a water or ask if I needed anything after sitting me down.

So I let that go…. Ordered Quesabirrias, and after the first couple of bites, SOMETHING WAS REALLY OFF!!! Opened it up, and nothing but straight fat I’m pulling out of it! I was immediately disgusted and didn’t eat one more bite. I still paid for the whole meal, which I highly regret! Never ever going to this place again, I recommend you do NOT give your money to this business!

No care in the world about the customers, or even checking the food before bringing it out! That was WAY too much fat to be missed!!! Extremely ticked off!

Had another absolutely terrible experience!!!

I know I said I wouldn’t give this place a single penny EVER again, but I believe in second chances, and this second chance, was the biggest mistake of my LIFE!!!

And it all ties back to the horrible manager Emanuel who was on shift that day, that did not care what me or any of my friends had to say about the service. The most disrespectful unprofessional manager I have met in my life. And I have a management background for years, and was thoroughly disgusted with his behavior and how he spoke to a patron acquiring about their service they received.

It started with absolutely terrible terrible service!!!

I arrived at 11:30 AM.

Despite ordering our drinks immediately, they were only served at 12:00 PM.

During this time, we observed two parties arriving after us, having their orders taken and food served before we were even asked if we were ready to order. These parties arrived approximately 20 minutes after us.

At 12:04 PM, our orders were finally taken.

We received our food at 12:22 PM.

We finished our meal at 12:35 PM and waited for our checks until 12:50 PM. Our entire party agreed that the food was absolute TRASH and they don’t do a thing to make you feel comfortable or check up on you to see how your food was.

I paid for two people, and noticed a 20% base gratuity tip was automatically added. This policy does not allow patrons to tip based on service performance, as a 20% tip is charged regardless, which I find unacceptable and highly illegal.

So I did make sure to add 0% additional gratuity to my tip, and submit this to the evidence I already have against this establishment, to finally create a lawful lawsuit against them.

Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment and once again I will advise, do NOT give these people ANY of your money!! Do not let them get away with such acts...

We met some friends for dinner and it wasn't a good experience. There were four of us and they said it was a 25-30 minute wait. No problem, asked if we can get drinks at the bar and the hostess said yes. While we were ordering, and preparing to sit down in the open chairs, the hostess brought two people to sit at the bar where we were standing. The hostess told us we need to move so the people could sit. We found this outright RUDE, not a good first impression. So we move down to another opening to finish ordering and get our drinks. While waiting, there were numerous empty tables just needing to be cleaned, which took quite awhile. After 30 minutes, I went to the hostess stand and asked if there was a table available for us and she pointed to the table behind her, that had been empty, cleaned and set for about 8-9 minutes. Service was very slow and yes the place was busy, but we were out of chips, salsa and drinks a couple of times.

We ordered "tableside guacamole" for it to be prepared two tables away because they were not able to squeeze the cart next to our table. At $14 for an appetizer, I would expect them to set the restaurant so they can bring the cart to any table that orders "tableside guacamole". I mean part of the fun is watching them make it. The guac was a great consistency but missing a main ingredient of salt and jalapenos.

Food showed up and the young man that brought it out, stood behind me and said "hey, hey, who gets what? " I turned around and asked if he was talking to me and he replied "yeah". He behaved and spoke to us as it was a total inconvenience for him to do his job.

The food lacked flavor and the portions were small. I got three enchiladas and each one was 3-4 bites and it was gone. Our friend had three crunchy ground beef tacos and none of us could identify what the ground beef tasted like, but it wasn't right. Our other friend ordered a fried taco that was so soggy because it had been sitting in grease and juices for so long. The carnitas fajitas were good, but not great.

They're margaritas were sour and tangy and did not taste like they had any tequila in them. Our friend ordered a habanero pineapple and there was no habanero flavor either.

The presentation of some of the other dishes being delivered to other patrons looked amazing.

The four of us rated this restaurant 4 out of 10 stars overall. We likely...

I’m not the type to complain or judge a restaurant but I do like to give advice … this place needs some work.. I feel like there should be more training envolved within the employees I was told they were overstaffed when I personally don’t see a need for it… it’s better to have better waiters than too many and less educated I’m sure the waiters can handle a little bit more training and from what I’ve read from these reviews is that people seek to agree .. the food was 4.5/10 we had to ask for salt,ketchup,lime,pepper because a lot was lacking flavor besides that the chips were cold and stale as well as the tortillas that came with the meal the salsa had a somewhat good taste but was very much watered down which I know if they just charged a bit for refills on salsa with better use of ingredients it could go a long way.. drinks just tasted funny the soda was very watered as well maybe I just came on a weird day but I’m just sharing my experience :-)… service was interesting we ordered normally but asked for no lime and as soon as we were handed the beer it had a lime … no problem we order a spicy salsa they forget it… it gets here just tastes funny doesn’t have flavor just is spicy to be spicy .. the atmosphere is beautiful the mural is just breathtaking the decor and way the meals are served are also very cute and elegant but at the end of the day it comes down to the taste .. my friend got a rash from the food…? She’s not allergic to anything so .. interesting… the chocolate coffee drip from the churros is what was really good … this was my first time here and overall I’m just meh I was very excited but left feeling disappointed I know this place can go a long way but unfortunately it’s not there yet I hope to see it...
