Vapor Maven — Attraction in Olive Branch

The guy working here was utterly useless and didn't know anything about what the store sold. He couldn't answer any of our questions when we went in a few weeks ago and didn't even realize they sold one of the most popular vapes on the market. Then we told him we didn't want any fruity vape juices and all he recommended were fruity juices the entire time. It was like talking to an AI chatbot that was trained on dialogue from Jim Brewer. We would have been better off walking in and trying to find everything ourselves, which is essentially what we had to do anyway. And then he sold us the wrong pods for the vape we bought and we are just now realizing it now that the ones that came with the vape are used up. Don't waste your time going here. And whatever you do, don't trust them to know what they are talking about or you will be wasting a lot of your hard earned money.

The only redeeming quality about this store is that it has a lot of stuff in stock. But what good is that if they don't even know...

I would give no stars but could not leave a review. I am not knowledgeable and have an older power supply 40 tc. I asked for a tank and I was sold one and unable to use it on my PS. Before the sale I 4-5 times checked with the sales person Gerald and he said absolutely it will work. Paid and took it then came back 10 minutes later and checked again , it just did not seem right to me. Nope it will work you will like itl. Tried it at home and nope my PS will not power it. I then took it back to them and there was no refund or EXCHANGE?? Because it worked on their PS. Then they tried to sell me a new PS. The truth about this store is that the people working there are very helpful and give you incredible service. Music is only listened to when customers are not in the store. I have come to this store since the second week they were opened and haven't stoped yet. Their prices are good and their juice selection is unmatched in the area. With house blends and premiums there is always something for someone. And there are testers right behind the counter, I've used them. The problem with the above review is that it is from an employee this store had before who was recently fired from the store.
