I have 2 stars because I love zaxbys food. My visit today (12-2-17@ about 1:15) is probably my last visit to the Olive Branch location. I waited in the drive through line for about 30 minutes, and when I came to the speaker recieved no greeting. I realized from the wait that they were busy so I didn't mind, gave them at least a full minute before I said hello. The response was a rushed "hold please", and I waited somewhere between 2-5 minutes before they returned to take my order. After waiting at least another 5-10 minutes, I finally reached the window. The girl began handing out the 5 drinks I had ordered and I asked if I could get a drink holder. "We don't have any" the girl relied. Surprised, I responded "really, you don't have any drink holders?!?" She replied that they were all out. My car has 2 drink holders that are accessible from the driver's seat. Looking around my car wondering what to do with the 3 extra drinks so they wouldn't soil and over the car I noticed the lid on the drink she had just handed me wasnt on securely, only about half secured. I had to put the drinks on the floor and try to prop then up with my food, which caused my food to be cold before I got it home to my family... If it was actually warm when I got it! The reason I am so annoyed is because this is actually the third time I've been to this location and been told that they don't have drink carriers. This indicates to me that either the employee is unwilling to go get me a drink carrier, the management doesn't want to stock them for some reason, or there is a deficiency in the inventory management. Whatever the cause, I'll skip the 30 minute wait, subpar customer service, and absence of drink carriers and spend money at a zaxbys location where I don't have to deal with the headache, or worrying whether I will make it home without soda spilling in my...
Read moreAre used to come to the Zaxby‘s all the time, but I can honestly say after today and several recent trips it has really gone down. I thought they were getting better with the staff, but obviously I was incorrect and judge prematurely. Stopped in today and while placing my order I noticed the person emptying the trash had huge stains over their shirt, I could not hear the lady at the speaker due to the cursing kids in the background. I received my food an as usual my sauce was under my food dripping in sauce. Please stop putting sauce packets in the food where you have touched. When you get to the window to pay for your food the awning that sits over your vehicle is one move away from a storm blowing it down onto your vehicle. You would think someone would actually clean the sauce that’s on their brick walls that has been there for a few weeks now. Read moreI went here today & I was fairly disappointed. When I ordered my food which was Zax Strip Combo & it was a Dine In order, I get my order in a To Go bag & I told the young lady it was a Dine-In order, she in a curt manner told me "Thank You & Have A Nice Day" & went back to doing whatever she was doing. The cashier who took my order was kind of pleasant, but I was never asked what type of sauce I wanted with my combo. I had to tell her that I wanted the Insane sauce, which didn't live up to it's name & Ranch, which I didn't get.
Also I had seen several customers come in to the store to complain about their orders not being right or some items were forgotten. The workers were busy meddling around & not doing much. It'll be a minute before I go back to this location & it's sad that I can't get decent customer service at any Zaxby's location I go to & it along with the morale needs...
