I decided to write this review solely based on my $100 experience. Yes, you read that right. $100. Let me begin here though: my sister lives in Mckinney, TX. There are plenty of restaurants, but no Krystal's. She, her husband, and his brother have very few requests from us except to bring Krystal's when we visit. My spouse had tried previously to visit the location on Winchester to no avail. He walked in and no one even noticed he was there. Mind you, this man was craving these little steamed buns for a month prior. So we ended up at the olive branch location. When we first pulled up, the poor lady on the speaker informed us that the system was down. But again, HE CRAVED IT FOR A WHILE MONTH. And I was not about to disappoint him. So we got our order together. And this is where the $100 comes in: one sack of 24 Krystal's (to go to Texas), one sack of 12 Krystal's (to satiate the hungry beast in the passenger seat), and 12 Krystal chick's (6 for the beast and 6 for Texas). So yeah, we had one heck of an order. I had already mentally prepared myself for this wait. It was going to be a while. 15 minutes, I'm stuck in Instagram reels. 30 minutes, my tummy is starting to rumble. 35 minutes, I'm the beast now. 45 minutes, I swear they forgot us and I'm about to lose my mind. 53 minutes, here comes the employee with not one, not two, but three bags of food. She apologized for the wait and sent us on our way. I guess I just have tons of patience because just hearing her apologize made up for my hanger pains. We'll...

We waited in line for 20+ min to get our food and when we got home, we all started to eat and the first bite of my sandwich was very off, it was stringy or something in there. Upon looking further into it turned out to be a long hair from one of the employees working there. I called the store and was told to bring it back and they were going to refund me. We threw our food away and I put my burger in the bag and headed back up there. Their line was still long so I called to see if anybody would allow me to come into the lobby to settle this and I was told I had to wait in the drive threw in order to get helped because of the lobby being closed. So I waited in the line again for another 20-25min. At this point I already have over a hour of my time invested into this venture. As I approached the drive threw window I handed them my receipt and Bag and was told I will only receive refund for the one sandwich that was contaminated with hair. My family was disgusted and we threw away the rest of the food and brought back what was wrong with the entire order and only got a quarter of a refund, wasted time money and having to go buy a whole other lunch for my family. At the mentioned date, I was accompanied with a camera man and was documenting a routine. I drove to my favorite shopping stores and my favorite Krystal. I arrived and ordered my food and she repeated the wrong order. I corrected the order and suddenly a male voice interrupted the intercom. His tone was angry and he addressed me in the most unprofessional manner. I respectfully reminded him that I am a customer and I didn't want Krystal to be viewed negatively. The correction caused him to become more hostile and I told him this was being recorded, to give him a hint. This person spoke to me like I was in a zoo and I was embarrassed. I asked for his name, and there's witnesses he refused. I asked for the manager and to my surprise, he stated he was the district manager. I drove to the window, careful not to activate their timer. The district manager came to the window and put on a show. I tried to take the picture myself as the district manager was obvibious of my passenger with the camera.
