I felt like I was in a “traphouse”, not an upscale hotel. I’m so disappointed. This has been a HORRIBLE hotel experience from hell. Demon possessed hoodrats run rampant in this hotel & they never sleep nor slumber.

Day #1 - As soon as I walked into the 3rd floor, I realized that this might be a hoodrat infested hotel because of the loud & disgusting odor of MARIJUANA ALL THROUGHOUT THE HALLWAY AND EVEN IN MY ROOM (which was strangely already wide open for whatever reason).

I couldn’t believe it because I specifically requested a smoke free room & was told that the room and the floor was smoke free.

I immediately called the front desk to inform them about the issue & I was told that I could try moving to the 1st floor or get a refund.

The 1st floor room had a putrid smell , like I could smell the other guests who’d been there before me. There was no blanket on the bed, only a naked white sheet and the sheets and pillows also smelled like the last guests who’d been there before me. DISGUSTING!

So about 30 - 45 minutes later, Big Foot arrives in the rooms above me…STOMPING and banging around nonstop and disturbing me!

I called the front desk & by this time, a difference employee was on duty. She said that she talked to the guest above me & they denied contributing to the disturbances.

I called the front desk at least 3 times about this & asked to be moved (again) & was told that she couldn’t move me. Well, what about moving Big Foot? 😤

And on top of that, some other guest on my floor was randomly opening & slamming their door.

I finally fell asleep sometime after the trash guests above me and in the hallway FINALLY fell asleep (or left the hotel), I’m guessing that maybe was possibly sometime around 3am, and I didn’t get much sleep before I was awakened AGAIN by MORE noise disturbances around 4:53am.

My alarm went off at 6:15am. My whole head was THROBBING.

I was late for my first day on my new job, lost that new job, so I went back to the hotel around 1pm & the loud housekeepers picked up where the loud hoodrat hotel guests left off the night/morning before.

I called the front desk to ask for the general manager and was told that the manager would call me back - WHICH NEVER HAPPENED.

Day #2 - Around 7:15pm, Satan returned & the loud noise disturbances started again, so I called the front desk to complain AGAIN. It got quiet for a little while, probably because the disturbing guests had left momentarily.

And then around 8:15pm the loud disturbances above me started AGAIN and this time I heard A DOG BARKING SEVERAL TIMES TOO, making matters EVEN WORSE!

It sounded like they were deliberately & repeatedly slamming and stomping something hard against the floor. I called the front desk AGAIN & this time the employee talked so NASTY to me & she told me that quiet time starts at 10pm & she mentioned that she’d already talked to them.

I told her that it’s not fair to me to have to be on THEIR schedule & I have to wait a whole TWO MORE HOURS for them to decide if they want to settle down & respect the rules of the hotel or not. I couldn’t believe that they had OPTIONS in that regard (they must be people of “privilege”).

I requested to be moved to another room & the staff denied my request & mentioned that I’d already been moved yesterday. I told her that I was moved because of the marijuana odor wreaking all throughout the hallway & my room on the 3rd floor, despite me being told that this room & that floor was a designated as NON SMOKING.

I asked her if I could get a refund & she told me, “No, because you’ve already been here two nights!”. What did that have anything to do...

Sad to say that this hotel’s management cannot be trusted. I was charged for a room and later asked to leave for no apparent reason. I was told I did not have to be given a reason so then David the night shift front desk concierge called the police and they asked me for my identity and escorted me off the property. I was told by David that he did not have a reason for this banning of my stay on July 4th at approximately midnight! So there was no where to stay at several hotels that I checked around with. Also I was refused a refund of my money and told that I could not speak with the owner or corporate because it was “privately owned and the day staff began to call 911 for no reason as I was speaking with her about requesting to speak to the owner if not given a refund. David was not reprimanded at all for his discriminatory behavior nor was I shown any compassion or humanity during this visit. I never got an apology, nor an explanation, nor did they give me a refund. Hugely disappointed in this establishment and the olive branch police department for advocating such behavior. No confrontation occurred so why did the hotel threaten my arrest on two separate occasions to get my money back. Saying that the police told them to call on me. So...

This hotel is trash! From the rooms to the employees. The washer didn’t work the whole time we stayed. They don’t have covers! Just sheets. The housekeeper doesn’t clean properly. Our tub was dirty when we checked in! But since I always clean my rooms when I check in. I informed the front desk. And was told nobody was able to clean it. And I couldn’t get a refund because management wasn’t there. So I would have to wait 3 days for a refund and to see how much their manager would give me. But that’s not all. The water was shut off for a day. And the housekeepers were cleaning the rooms with no water. Most of the employees are nice. But the old lady at the desk that work mornings. She loves to lie and talk about the guest to other guest and employees. She even told one man about a lady. She told him her name, room number, and description. After that I left that hotel. Seems like sex trafficking to me. I hope that young lady is okay. Oh and your pet fee can be whatever number the choose. From the price of 20 a night...
