Taco Bell — Restaurant in Olive Branch

If I have the option to give zero stars review for this location I would .

I have visited this store 2 month ago and their ice machine was down , their dinning area drink machine was down , dining area tables were dirty bathrooms have no pepper towels . I reported my concerns to the manager on duty and the team members so that they can fix these issues and decided not to dine in any more instead to try another location.

Today I decided to give this store another chance ,my biggest mistake.

I placed my order over the app waited 30 minutes still no one acknowledged my order, there were 5 employees in the store and it was not a rush hour nor busy . I have to follow up on my order with several employees till I finally got my food after 45 minutes wait.

Then I tried to pick up a table to sit, all tables were dirty , no one bothered to take the time and clean them, I had to clean my own table .

Dining area floors were dirty , bathrooms dirty, drink machine Still down, ice machine still down.

They were out of several drinks , no Dr pepper they said it's being discontinued, no diet or regular mountain dew.

Employees seems they only want to serve drive thru customs , dine in customers have to wait and are ignored. That's the worst customer experience ever. A restaurant business is not about food only ,it's also about customer service . This will be my last visit to this store , this store has serious issues that needs immediate attention. I will spend my money some...

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Ruined My Girl’s Prom Night

I’ve never left a bad review for Taco Bell in my life but the experience I had tonight was so unbelievably awful that I’m writing this at 3:00 in the morning.

First, we tried to go to the Taco Bell in Southaven 30 minutes before closing and they had already shut everything down. Lights off, kitchen closed, like they were just done for the night. On prom night, no less. Who does that?

So we drove to the Olive Branch location, thinking maybe we'd have better luck but somehow it got worse. The woman working the night shift was the rudest, most obnoxious person I’ve ever dealt with at any fast food restaurant. From the second we pulled up, she had a nasty attitude rude tone, eye-rolling, and clearly had no clue how the menu even worked. Every question was met with attitude like we were bothering her just for ordering.

To top it all off, she got our order wrong twice. And when we tried to get it fixed, she refused to come to the window. She literally just stood in the back ignoring us like we weren’t even there.

This wasn’t just bad service it was straight-up disrespectful and completely unprofessional. She ruined what should’ve been a happy, memorable night for my girl her prom night. And I’m not letting it slide.

I am actively reaching out to corporate about this. That’s how horrible this experience was. If Taco Bell allows this kind of behavior to continue, it says a lot about the company.

Went to this Taco Bell on Friday August 18th after the Center Hill football game. This place was busy with high school kids after 2 Olive Branch high school football games. The management here is horrible! Management decided to break 1 line down and work with 1 line. I ordered my food at 10:20 and did not get our food until 10:50. Other people ordered also and were told it would be at least 30 minutes. Lots of them walked out when they found out how long the wait was. It makes no sense to me why management would break down 1 line with a full drive thru and a full house inside. Not only were they really slow but the employees were standing around talking and laughing. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant and the sad thing is, i live in Olive Branch. I know no one will do anything to make this better and i am just wasting my time writing this novel. This is a very poorly run restaurant. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you can!

Soooo I went back again: Im really not even sure why I'm even wasting my time on this. Nothing is ever done. This location has always had problems. I've gone to this location 2 weeks in a row about 10 minutes after 9. BOTH times the lobby door was locked and closed. Apparently they do not have reliable employees. Someone needs to clean house at this location and hire responsible people. The attitude all the way from the manager on down is horrible. I wont be visiting this...
